Top Ten Attractions in Italy

The Top Ten
1 Colosseum The Colosseum or Coliseum, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, is an oval amphitheatre in the centre of the city of Rome, Italy. Built of travertine, tuff, and brick-faced concrete, it is the largest amphitheatre ever built. The Colosseum is situated just east of the Roman Forum.

Always reminds me of Pink Floyd's performance there.

2 Trevi Fountain, Rome, Italy
3 Venice Canals

Top of my travel list

4 Pantheon
5 Milan Cathedral Duomo

It’s the only church in Italy that looks Germanic and is made completely out of marble over 100 meters in height. Let’s also give some credit to the duomo because it has survived for 700 years and was in the middle of many wars which used cannons or fire which destroyed most of Milan and survived a mass bombing in WWII by the British. The duomo is indestructible!

6 Amalfi Coast
7 Florence Duomo Santa Maria del Fiore
8 Leaning Tower of Pisa
9 Capri
10 Lake Como
