10 Vladimir Putin
Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has been the President of Russia since 7 May 2012, succeeding Dmitry Medvedev.
I'm Russian! I support Putin because he is a true leader! The country he inherited from his predecessor Boris Yeltsin was absolutely broke, degrading, torn apart by war and economic crisis. Look at Russia now! It's 6th largest economy in the world (according to CIA fact book). I'm well aware of how western propaganda is trying to demonize Putin and to make him look like an new Hitler, but they fail constantly. It's Russian mentality - "if the west is scolding us - we do everything right"
