Towards the end of the film you find out that Judge Doom is actually a cartoon himself, and was the reason for his brothers's death, and in terrifying voice in high pitched, and eyes all missile like pointed explains it was him all along as he was nearly close to putting him out, but to make it more for kiddies is the scream of defeat.

6 Freddy Krueger - A Nightmare on Elm Street Fred "Freddy" Krueger is the main antagonist of the A Nightmare on Elm Street film series. He first appeared in Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984).

A classic horror character that is reasonably scary he can come for you in your dreams, and you can't aware from his wrath.

7 Banshee - Darby O'Gill and the Little People

The nostalgia critic most feared character in all of cinema which I can see, but it looks silly now, but back then it did look disturbing just by how poorly colored the Banshee was.

Return to Oz is the forgotten horrified film that Disney tried to make a sequel 10 more frightening, in fact why is this not locked in vault for all I know this is a film with a ton of nightmare fuel. Especially the gang of wheelers are fearless, and terrifying when you see one of them with a mask on.

Awesome musical piece well done of the one they call Satan in Fantasia that summons his suitors for his pleasure. This is not the last spawn of satan to appear on the list either.
