I also watched the live-action movies (except Garfield: Get Real) and read the comic from the English newspaper. I really love eating dishes with cheese and pasta.

Garfield is a vanilla, one-trick pony of a protagonist, while Jon actually experiences realistic struggles with his work, home, and sex life. Jon is much more of an enigmatic, unpredictable character that outclasses Garfield in every respect, except for the fact that he doesn't deliver the punchlines. Vote for this legend already.
