Top 10 NFL Teams Least Likely to Win Super Bowl 60 (2026)

As we look forward to the 2025-26 NFL season, there's a lot to look forward to.

For these teams in particular, there probably won't be much to be excited about. These are the teams that'll likely be tanking for this upcoming season. Although surprises can happen (just look at Denver last year), for the most part, these teams don't have very high expectations in 2025-26.
The Top Ten
Tennessee Titans The Tennessee Titans are a professional American football team based in Nashville, Tennessee. The Titans compete in the National Football League as a member club of the American Football Conference South division.

The Titans were so downright terrible last season, there's nowhere to go but up. At least they'll have the number 1 overall draft pick this year.

They have a lot of needs to address. Just about every offseason acquisition blew up in their face spectacularly. Will Levis had more memes this year than he had wins. L'Jarius Sneed spent more time on IR than on the field, and they traded DeAndre Hopkins away for a Red Bull, basically.

I'm surprised Brian Callahan survived this past season. He looked way overmatched most of the time. As far as this roster is concerned, I don't see much of anything notable. The majority of it is pretty underwhelming at best.

Cleveland Browns The Cleveland Browns are a professional American football team based in Cleveland, Ohio. The Browns compete in the National Football League as a member team of the American Football Conference North division... read more

The Browns are in a dire situation yet again. They say you reap what you sow, and that's certainly been the case here.

The bulk of the problems for the Browns all stem from one man in particular: Deshaun Watson. Simply put, he is beyond cooked. It truly speaks volumes when the highlight of their season is when Watson goes down with a torn Achilles. His on-field performance is almost as bad as his off-field reputation.

The offense was much better under Jameis Winston, until they tried to start DTR. Myles Garrett wanted out of here so badly until they backed up the Brinks truck for him. Honestly, this was a mistake they'll end up regretting, I'm afraid. Why not trade him and use the boatload of draft picks and capital you'd get in return?

New York Giants The New York Giants are a professional American football team located in the New York metropolitan area.

The Giants have regressed from being terrible to openly tanking. Paying Danny Derps over Saquon Barkley was a death sentence for them. At the very least, they have a clean slate.

Malik Nabers and Tyrone Tracy showed promise? That's about where the positives end for this team. Defense was very hit or miss overall. I'm surprised they kept Brian Daboll, to be honest. That 2022 playoff win might have been the worst thing to happen to this franchise.

They brought in Russell Wilson, so there's something at least. Even if he's average, he's still better than anybody else they have. Expect this to be a long season, Giants fans. I don't think Daboll makes it through this season, to be completely honest. If you're smart, you'd commit to a rebuild.

Jacksonville Jaguars The Jacksonville Jaguars are an American professional football franchise based in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Jaguars are the textbook example of how a bad front office can ruin everything. Doug Pederson had clearly run his course here, and it was time to get rid of him. Shad Khan somehow kept Trent Baalke around way too long, and things turned into a disaster.

The only reason he decided to fire Baalke finally was because Ben Johnson and Liam Coen both backed out because of him. Somehow, they still got Coen anyway after firing Baalke way too late. The damage has been done.

His enthusiasm when saying Duval basically describes this franchise to a tee. Trevor Lawrence needs help badly. Brian Thomas Jr. is good, but he needs offensive line protection. Also, the defense needs to be retooled. Josh Hines-Allen can't do it all himself.

This team has a long rebuild ahead and probably won't even sniff the playoffs, let alone the Super Bowl, unless they magically get lucky.

Las Vegas Raiders The Las Vegas Raiders are a professional American football franchise based in Las Vegas. The Raiders began playing in 1960 as a member club of the American Football League; they have been a member club of the National Football League since the 1970 AFL–NFL merger... read more

The Raiders are in a deep rebuild at the moment. Last year's offense was abysmal, which is to be expected when riding with Gardner Minshew and AOC.

Brock Bowers and Raheem Mostert are going to have to carry this offense in 2025. They at least have a serviceable quarterback in Geno Smith. The issue is that he's not much more than that, at least not consistently.

Meanwhile, Maxx Crosby is left to basically carry the defense. As far as coaching goes, Antonio Pierce's only real strength was maintaining a locker room vibe. He was basically Freddie Kitchens 2.0. The replacement for him is Pete Carroll? Okay then. Also, Chip Kelly is their OC now. What is this, 2013?

The Raiders are basically a 6 or 7 win team at full strength. They are clearly 4th of 4 in the AFC West, and I don't expect that to change anytime soon.

New York Jets The New York Jets are a professional American football team located in the New York metropolitan area.

The Jets shouldn't be asking what went wrong last year, more like what didn't go wrong? The answer to the latter question is nothing.

Here we all were thinking Aaron Rodgers was healthy and would deliver what was originally promised in 2023. Turns out he was not anything like his former self. He was cooked most of the time. Robert Saleh and Joe Douglas were shown the door by GM Aaron Rodgers, who, despite getting everything he wanted, was still terrible.

The supposedly elite defense also imploded in on itself. The worst of it had to be Woody Johnson, who refused a trade for Jerry Jeudy because of his Madden rating. I'm being serious.

Aaron Glenn is back and has a lot of work to do. Justin Fields has a starting job again (for now at least). We'll see what happens next year, but the Super Bowl should be the last thing on the minds of this franchise. Worry about making the playoffs again first.

New England Patriots The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston region. New England Patriots are one of the few teams to have 5+ wins in the Super Bowl.

The Patriots have Drake Maye and Christian Gonzalez, that's about it. Giving Drake Maye some help should be your top priority right now. Getting Stefon Diggs is a start, I suppose.

As far as rebuilding goes, they're still in the heart of this process with a long way to go. New England just doesn't have much of anything at any of the skill positions.

Last season was a disaster, and it started with Jerod Mayo, the handpicked successor, who looked in over his head most of the time. At least Mike Vrabel is back. That'll help solve the coaching problem. And Josh McDaniels is back, so that's something.

The O-line desperately needs some attention. I'd say that's a good place to start. As far as playoffs go, this team is still a few years away.

New Orleans Saints The New Orleans Saints are a professional American football team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Saints currently compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference South division.

The Saints are in a dire position right now. Kellen Moore doesn't have a whole lot to work with. There's a reason why the Saints' coaching opening was among the least desirable.

They have next to no future with an aging roster prone to injuries. In other words, this team is stuck being mid. On the surface, their offense looks okay until you realize Derek Carr isn't winning you anything. He is the equivalent of a used 2002 Toyota Corolla, serviceable at best, but too far past his prime to be worth trading.

The writing has been on the wall for a while now. This is a team that needs to commit to a deep rebuild in order to get back to being relevant again. Mickey Loomis can delay the inevitable as long as he wants to. It doesn't change the fact that this team is a sinking ship at this point.

Carolina Panthers The Carolina Panthers are a professional American football team based in Charlotte, North Carolina, that competes in the National Football League.

Carolina has at least transitioned from worst team in the league to simply just bad. But don't let that fool you, they can play teams closer than you think.

What I will say is Bryce Young looks to be their guy. This team is clearly still rebuilding, and they are realistically a long way from winning a Super Bowl.

I do think they have made progress, which is all you can ask for, but don't expect much from the Panthers this season. If they can win 5 to 8 games, that's a good sign. The key is to be patient.

Dallas Cowboys The Dallas Cowboys are a professional American football team based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The Cowboys compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference East division.

The Newcomers

? Tampa Bay Buccaneers The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a professional American football franchise based in Tampa, Florida. The Buccaneers currently compete in the National Football League as a member team of the National Football Conference South division.
? Arizona Cardinals The Arizona Cardinals are a professional American football franchise based in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
The Contenders
San Francisco 49ers The San Francisco 49ers are a professional American football team located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Indianapolis Colts The Indianapolis Colts are an American football team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Colts compete in the National Football League as a member club of the American Football Conference South division.

The Colts are such a mediocre team right now, they don't really have anyone that can convince me otherwise. Jonathan Taylor is probably their best player on offense, but still, I have trouble trusting this offense to do anything.

Case in point: this team is either starting Anthony Richardson or Daniel Jones in 2025. It's the equivalent of Beavis and Butt-Head. Either way, they're kind of screwed over because both options are so mid they won't be bad enough to get the top draft pick, but nowhere near good enough to compete for the Super Bowl. It's the worst place a team can possibly be.

Their defense should be okay (on paper anyway), but the offense is underwhelming and will leave a lot to be desired. Best case scenario, they finish 2nd in the division and MAYBE get a backdoor 7 seed.

Pittsburgh Steelers The Pittsburgh Steelers are a professional American football team based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that competes in the National Football League. Pittsburgh Steelers have won the most Super Bowls with 6 which currently stands today.
Atlanta Falcons The Atlanta Falcons are a professional American football team based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Falcons compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference South division.
Seattle Seahawks The Seattle Seahawks are a professional American football franchise based in Seattle, Washington. The Seahawks compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference West division.
