Top 10 Predictions for the Sunday Games in Week 8 of the 2020 NFL Regular Season
This is about to be a massacre. Kansas City has the best offense going against the Jets. This won't even be a game. Le'Veon Bell can confidently laugh at Adam Gase as he gets to whip his former team. Andy Reid runs a much better team than Gase. This is essentially a lock.
We better win by 40. Please, guys, let Le'Veon laugh at Adam Gase. It will be glorious.
Seattle has to be angry after losing last week. Russell Wilson will be determined to win, and they have weapons. San Francisco, good luck with the Seahawks. You'll have your hands full.
Henry is a beast and can torch a defense. Cincinnati, I feel, will be no issue for him. They simply have no answers for him. You can feel confident in him for fantasy football.
Yeah, this is going to be a stomping. The Bengals have no answer on defense, no matter how good Joe Burrow is.
Yeah, the Browns don't have Odell Beckham Jr., but they do have a deadly one-two punch at running back. The Raiders have an explosive offense but still have flaws. Both teams are mortal, and I feel they can exploit each other's weaknesses. I feel like the Raiders get away with the win.
I don't know if shootout is the right word. OBJ is gone. Do you really trust Baker?
You know how San Francisco wiped the floor with Cam Newton and punched the Patriots in the mouth? Yeah, Buffalo might do that as well. They are a dominant force on both sides, and the Patriots' offense is essentially nonexistent.
Yeah, the Pats' offense pretty much doesn't even exist.
The Rams have Aaron Donald who may feast on Tua. I still don't get why Miami pulled Ryan Fitzpatrick for no reason. I just don't get it. I'd be very surprised if Miami wins this.
Benching Fitz when he was playing so well really confused me. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now, though.
Guys, really, why do you bench Fitzpatrick when he was doing well? That still makes no sense.
The Steelers are the best team in the NFL. Their defense is solid, and they can score points. Remember what Kansas City did to Baltimore? Yeah, that's what I see happening here. The Steelers shut down Lamar Jackson, and the Ravens are essentially crippled when that happens.
Yeah, I think the Steelers are the best team in the NFL right now. Baltimore, I don't think, will challenge them here unless the Steelers self-destruct.
The Broncos are struggling and dealing with a few injuries. Seeing what the Chiefs did to them, I could see Herbert doing something similar. I think we're all wrong about him. He is a baller.
I really like Herbert. I think he'll be a great quarterback in this league, or at least above average.
I don't know why, but I have a feeling Detroit will get a win here. The Colts' defense is somewhat lackluster. Something tells me the Lions build off an accidental win and fall for the false hope that they're still competitive.
Dallas is awful. We have seen more than enough evidence of this. They have a third-string quarterback, a poor offensive line, a horrid defense, and a lack of spirit.
The Eagles really don't deserve to win. This is one of those games that someone has to win. Can we just remove the NFC East playoff spot and give it to a more deserving team? None of these teams deserve to make the playoffs, but one of them will because the division is so weak.
If the Eagles win, they will get the upper hand in the division race, and it's going to be harder to get back in the driver's seat as we get closer to the end. The NFC East may very well be on the line in this one. Seriously, who the hell saw this game and thinks, Yeah, that's worthy of the Sunday Night Football Broadcast? Can we un-flex this game, please?
