    Considering you probably do this before bed anyway, morning's just a double take.

    Just make sure you wake yourself up enough beforehand. One too many times I've slid trying to keep my balance.

    Preferably iced coffee.

    Don't forget to charge overnight. Phone battery varies, but mine tends to drain faster than it should.

  5. Stretch

    Every ounce of your body is given a proper treatment. Doesn't get much better.
