The Top Ten
1 Porky Pig Porky Pig is an animated cartoon character in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons.

He is a pretty good character who really hasn't done anything evil.

2 Tweety Bird Tweety is an animated fictional yellow canary in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of animated cartoons. The name "Tweety" is a play on words, as it originally meant "sweetie", along with "tweet" being a typical English chick for the sounds of birds.

He did cause harm to Sylvester several times, but it's mostly unintentional.

3 Road Runner

Despite rumors, he sometimes does intentionally harm the coyote, but they are rare

4 Bugs Bunny Bugs Bunny is an animated cartoon character, created by the staff of Leon Schlesinger Productions (later Warner Bros.) He is one of (if not) the most famous cartoon characters, and he is in the show Looney Tunes. His famous quote is "What's up doc?". He is a gray colored bunny with big teeth and big feet. His favorite food is carrots.

He can be a jerk sometimes, but overall, he is well-meaning

5 Pepe Le Pew

Chases women around all day long.

6 Sylvester Sylvester J. Pussycat Sr., usually called Sylvester, is a fictional character, a three-time Academy Award-winning anthropomorphic, 40, 50, or 60-Inch tall Tuxedo cat in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons.

He does intentionally try to cause harm to Tweety

7 Elmer Fudd Elmer J. Fudd is a fictional cartoon character and one of the most famous Looney Tunes characters, and the de facto archenemy of Bugs Bunny.

He is not really that evil in terms of what he does (Hunting is a real sport), but he IS the most iconic villain in the series

8 Daffy Duck Daffy Duck is an animated cartoon character produced by Warner Bros. Styled as an anthropomorphic black duck, the character has appeared in cartoon series such as Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, where he usually has been depicted as the best friend and occasional arch-rival of Bugs Bunny.

A rich, greedy dirtbag who is a snob, in terms of his current personality.

9 Yosemite Sam Yosemite Sam is an American animated cartoon character in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons produced by Warner Bros. Animation. The name is somewhat alliterative and is inspired by Yosemite National Park.

Has actual bad intentions for Bugs Bunny

10 Marvin the Martian

My favorite of the 'Toons and the most evil of them all
