Top 10 Metal Albums to Listen to First
This is a list of the most accessible metal albums for a first time listener to enjoy. Please note that these albums are slightly less heavy and more simple and commercial so that it attracts a mainstream listener. I hope this list acts as a starter pack for people who are new to metal. Vote for the album that first got you into metal.

For a 1st time listener, I'd suggest you to get familiar with the "Black album" first and then give the progressive piece "...And justice for all" a listen, after that give this masterpiece a chance with "Ride the Lightning"
This was my first true metal album actually
This is more of a progressive album, Metallica explores a lot of genres in this album rather than sticking with usual thrash metal.
Definitely a good album!
