Top 10 Most Racist U.S. Presidents

The Top Ten

1 Andrew Jackson Andrew Jackson Andrew Jackson was an American statesman who served as the seventh President of the United States from 1829 to 1837 . He was born near the end of the colonial era, somewhere near the then-unmarked border between North and South Carolina, into a recently immigrated Scots-Irish farming family of relatively more.

Well. Well. Well... I though Donald Trump would get number one for being the most racist United States of America President ever. But looks who's number one.

Jackson was definitely a racist! I've never understood why he's remained on the twenty dollar bill! America and Americans are a racist people, more so than any other nation and it not evolved until it admits to its terrorism. The United States of America will not and can not go forward until it has confessed it sins against "people of color"! Beginning with the Native Americans and ending with Muslims!

I hate him why do some people think he's good he's a bum - Puppytart

He was a killing machine against the American Indians

Born and raised in Queens, New York City, Trump received an economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1968. In 1971, more.

Yes, Trump is probably racist, but there are people who encouraged and endorsed slavery and mass murders of black people. - errrr

Just impeach him already! - Synchronocity

He's a good guy... And he is NOT 2, Crooked Hillary is 2 - Maddox121

They're both awful. Hillary's corrupt and Trump's racist and sexist. - Cyri

3 John Tyler John Tyler John Tyler was the tenth President of the United States. He was also, briefly, the tenth Vice President, elected to that office on the 1840 Whig ticket with William Henry Harrison.

Basically any president before Abe Lincoln was racist and even after him most were still racist. Donald Trump shouldn't be so high on this list. We are living in a completely different time period now. Study your history, libs. - lannypetersong

I see he owned a black slave. - TeamRocket747

4 Andrew Johnson Andrew Johnson Andrew Johnson was the 17th President of the United States, serving from 1865 to 1869. Johnson became president as he was vice president at the time of the assassination of [Abraham Lincoln].

You all thought Donald Trump was racist? Look at THIS guy who tried to kick people out of his land just because of the color of their skin. Now tell me what/who's more Racist? - B1ueNew

Basically delayed African American rights by 100 years.

Good job ruining your predecessor's stuff. - TeamRocket747

How is he not #1?

He did everything OPPOSITE to what Abraham Lincoln did. >.< - CobaltCards

5 Barack Obama Barack Obama Barack Hussein Obama II served as the 44th president of the United States of America. He was elected in 2008 after serving in the Senate from 2005-08, beating John McCain and becoming the first African-American to be elected President of the United States. He was elected again in 2012, beating Mitt more.

Racist or NOT, I still like Obama!

To all the ones who think he is not. All you have to do is look at the racism of before his presidency, and after. You can clearly see a difference. After 9-11 happened, the country became closer together then ever. Now it is blown apart, and split into several different groups. A person does not have to say anything about race to be a racist. They can do it through actions too. Just like they say 'Actions Speak Louder Than Words', and his actions speak for 8 years. He has a lot of deep hatred, if you actually read about him, or read anything he has written. He was raised by his grandparents, who were white and wealthy, yet he wants to make reference to white privilege and call out the same type of people he was raised by, that is ungrateful. If he would not have been raised the way he was, he would not have been president. His whole life would have been different. I think he should be grateful for what he has, and the people who helped him along the way. Kinda funny he makes into the ...more

He only got elected because he was black. But he's a very cool man though.

Hey! Barack Obama is NOT racist!

6 Richard Nixon Richard Nixon Richard Milhous Nixon was the 37th President of the United States from 1969 until his resignation in 1974, the only president to resign from office. He had previously served as the 36th Vice President of the United States from 1953 to 1961, and prior to that as a U.S. Representative and also Senator more.

This guy was overthrown so bad that he resigned from his job and left us in large debt. He was also a racist in some ways but he was just a bad president. - SoloPotato

I don't know why old tricky dick is on here. Being the fact that during Nixons time as President who enforced Federal Court orders on forced school integration in the South in 1969-70, and enforced forced busing of White kids to Black schools to achieve "racial diversity" in schools. He also enforced the first major Affirmative Action programs in 1970 when he forced the Pennsylvania White Construction Workers Trade Union to admit Black members by a certain time table. Now it is true that Nixon was racist in his personal life but that's it.

He was caught on tape saying abortion is wrong except if it's interracial.

Nixon had used ethnic slurs, such as the N-word and the K-word (Jews).

7 Woodrow Wilson Woodrow Wilson Thomas Woodrow Wilson was an American politician and academic who served as the 28th President of the United States from 1913 to 1921. Born in Staunton, Virginia, he spent his early years in Augusta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina.

I was shocked when I found out about this. - Synchronocity

Probably the most racist President who was actually a college president. So much for education.

Probably number 2 on the list. Segregated the military and the federal government. Fought women's right to vote.

He was a member Of the KKK; but so were other presidents.

All of the first several presidents (except Adams and Quincy Adams) owned slaves.

What is Washington doing here?!?!?!

He's not racist at all!

George W. Bush got a problem with black people and doesn't care about them at all. Plus, he is the most immature United States president that has ever been elected.

Kanye West would agree - iliekpiez

I'm not a fan of him but I don't think he's racist.

This man doesn't care about black people! Have you seen how he handled that hurricane back in 2005? Unbelievable. Bush should be in the top 10 instead of Obama. I'm not saying Obama is great, but still. - yaygiants16

Prior to his presidency, he was the 33rd Governor of California from 1967 to 1975, following a career as a Hollywood actor and union leader until his death in 2004

Ummm, how is he on the list? Even liberals liked him and no one thought he was racist. - lannypetersong
