The Top Ten

1 Andrew Jackson Andrew Jackson Andrew Jackson was an American statesman who served as the seventh President of the United States from 1829 to 1837 . He was born near the end of the colonial era, somewhere near the then-unmarked border between North and South Carolina, into a recently immigrated Scots-Irish farming family of relatively ...read more.

Jackson was definitely a racist! I've never understood why he's remained on the twenty dollar bill! America and Americans are a racist people, more so than any other nation and it not evolved until it admits to its terrorism. The United States of America will not and can not go forward until it has confessed it sins against "people of color"! Beginning with the Native Americans and ending with Muslims!

He was a killing machine against the American Indians

By the end of this year, Donald Trump will be in this spot - NicholasYellow

2 John Tyler John Tyler John Tyler was the tenth President of the United States. He was also, briefly, the tenth Vice President, elected to that office on the 1840 Whig ticket with William Henry Harrison.
3 Andrew Johnson Andrew Johnson Andrew Johnson was the 17th President of the United States, serving from 1865 to 1869. Johnson became president as he was vice president at the time of the assassination of [Abraham Lincoln].

Basically delayed African American rights by 100 years.

How is he not #1?

He did everything OPPOSITE to what Abraham Lincoln did. >.< - CobaltCards

4 Barack Obama Barack Obama Barack Hussein Obama II is the 44th president of the United States of America. He was elected in 2008 after serving in the Senate from 2005-08, beating John McCain and becoming the first African-American to be elected President of the United States. He was elected again in 2012, beating Mitt Romney.

To all the ones who think he is not. All you have to do is look at the racism of before his presidency, and after. You can clearly see a difference. After 9-11 happened, the country became closer together then ever. Now it is blown apart, and split into several different groups. A person does not have to say anything about race to be a racist. They can do it through actions too. Just like they say 'Actions Speak Louder Than Words', and his actions speak for 8 years. He has a lot of deep hatred, if you actually read about him, or read anything he has written. He was raised by his grandparents, who were white and wealthy, yet he wants to make reference to white privilege and call out the same type of people he was raised by, that is ungrateful. If he would not have been raised the way he was, he would not have been president. His whole life would have been different. I think he should be grateful for what he has, and the people who helped him along the way. Kinda funny he makes into the ...more

President Obama is NOT a racist and has done nothing racist as president. He has the courage to face the fact that the United States is burdened with a history and a legacy of overt and covert racism. He is brave enough to admit we have at different time institutionalized racism (slavery, Jim Crow, racial stereotyping) and inherited a systemic defacto racism that is hurting the country. He has the guts to try to correct that. What is racist is the denial his opponents revel in when they identify positive efforts toward corrections as racism. Denial is the firewall of the coward. - copper

He is so racist... JK! What idiot believes HE, the most poised, polished, and genuine president ever, of all people is racist? Do you think he is racist against Caucasian people? If so, that is not even possible! Almost every place that is racist has a majority population of Caucasian people! You can't be racist towards a majority, only a minority. Only an uneducated person who hasn't studied social and historical standards and rules would say that, and I would be surprised because most of the uneducated would at least know Obama is wonderful! He took office in the same year America had the worst stock market crash since the Great Depression. He helped get America to better times and opened a door for more African American and even women to run! Go Hillary!

A lot of posturing, little substance, very little government experience and it showed. Arrogant, willing to bypass Congress concerning rather important legislation with his phone and his pen. I found him to be very divisive, pitting class against class, race against race, have against have nots, blue collar against intellectuals. I believe he left a much more divided nation then when he took office. Finally - who invites the BLM, (Black Lives Matter), a violent gang that celebrates every time a police officer is killed to the White House?

5 Richard Nixon Richard Nixon Richard Milhous Nixon was the 37th President of the United States, serving from 1969 to 1974 when he became the only U.S.

I don't know why old tricky dick is on here. Being the fact that during Nixons time as President who enforced Federal Court orders on forced school integration in the South in 1969-70, and enforced forced busing of White kids to Black schools to achieve "racial diversity" in schools. He also enforced the first major Affirmative Action programs in 1970 when he forced the Pennsylvania White Construction Workers Trade Union to admit Black members by a certain time table. Now it is true that Nixon was racist in his personal life but that's it.

He was caught on tape saying abortion is wrong except if it's interracial.

6 Woodrow Wilson Woodrow Wilson Thomas Woodrow Wilson was an American politician and academic who served as the 28th President of the United States from 1913 to 1921. Born in Staunton, Virginia, he spent his early years in Augusta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina.

Probably the most racist President who was actually a college president. So much for education.

Probably number 2 on the list. Segregated the military and the federal government. Fought women's right to vote.

He was a member Of the KKK; but so were other presidents.

7 Zachary Taylor Zachary Taylor Zachary Taylor was the 12th President of the United States, serving from March 1849 until his death in July 1850. Before his presidency, Taylor was a career officer in the United States Army, rising to the rank of major general.

Whit people are

8 George Washington George Washington George Washington was the first President of the United States, the Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War, and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States.

While George Washington did own slaves, he treated them benevolently and set them free in his will.

All of the first several presidents (except Adams and Quincy Adams) owned slaves.

What is Washington doing here?!?!?!

What's so wrong having slaves?

This is probably the most messed up comment I've ever read on this site. - MKBeast

If Trump was President 1829, he would be far worse than Andrew Jackson, it's thanks to the Laws today, that he is held back. But no doubt he should be number one.

Trump is a dictionary word used to describe a racist.

Supports white supremacists...

The only reason he is 12 is because he's only been Potus for 2 months.

I'm not a fan of him but I don't think he's racist.

This man doesn't care about black people! Have you seen how he handled that hurricane back in 2005? Unbelievable. Bush should be in the top 10 instead of Obama. I'm not saying Obama is great, but still. - yaygiants16

He used the "N" word so many times, yet he supported the Civil Rights Act...

Made lots of racist jokes.

Johnson should be in the top 3, he was one of the racist ones we've ever had.

16 Thomas Jefferson Thomas Jefferson Thomas Jefferson was an American Founding Father who was principal author of the Declaration of Independence.

Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence; proclaiming that all men (white) are created equal.
