They only do this kind of stuff just as a gimmick and don't really condone or encourage satanism. They're normal people in real life.

A lot of people think Marilyn Manson is a Satan worshiper, but he's actually a nice guy in real life and does not at all condone satanism in people. If you dig deeper, his songs actually have positive meanings. It's a way of saying don't judge a book by it's cover.
