How can India be number 1 while Germany is number 10? Germany epitomizes the words "advanced" and "highly-technological." Have you seen the architectural buildings of Frankfurt before even ranking Germany in this position? A history full of geniuses in every field, a demanding education system, and excellent traditional universities are continually penalized by the modern rating system. This system places modernity and facilities above academia and knowledge.
