Greatest Nazi-Themed Movies Excluding Movies About Neo-Nazism and Movies Made in Nazi Germany

Unfortunately, this magificent movie has not been dubbed or subbed in English. It tells the story of a liberal, kind hearted but a bit naive Austrian butcher named Karl Bockerer during the ers of Nazi Austria. While he has no prejuduces and is one to openly speak his mind and say out loud what he thinks, most of his family and friends fall for the Nazi ideology, while others have to flee due to their Jewish origin. What makes this so effective is that you authentically see that even normal and sane people fell for this terrible ideology, not just heartless monsters. That's an even scarier thought. All of a sudden, a Jewish friend of the family is not as welcome as before, only Bockerer treats him the same as always, as for him, nothing has changed.

There are also three sequels, but they are an insult to the brilliant original movie. They have nothing to do with Naziism and are mere light hearted comedy.
