Hardest boss in my opinion in Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon. When I first encountered him I had two game overs and found him impossible to defeat. You have to hit him nine times before he finally faces the inevitable. He even looks like a perfect villain himself with his immense size, evil look, three horns, and laser gun.
