Top Ten Most Evil Star Wars Characters

The Top Ten
1 Palpatine Sheev Palpatine (also known by his Sith identity Darth Sidious and publicly as Senator Palpatine, then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and later Emperor Palpatine) is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Star Wars franchise, mainly portrayed by Ian McDiarmid.

Also Emperor Palpatine is the reason these villains are so evil. He brainwashed some of them such as Darth Vader to do his bidding. He betrayed his people for the dark side

He killed his own Master, Darth Plagueis, in his sleep. Only pure evil bastards that don't have a conscious do that.

Palpatine is the dark side of the Force incarnate.

"I am the Sith" -Palpatine. That line screams evil

2 Darth Vader Darth Vader is a Star Wars character and the main antagonist of the first three original Star Wars films and the main protagonist of the Star Wars prequel trilogy under his original name Anakin Skywalker. He had been trained as a Jedi but defected to the Sith lord and Galactic Chancellor Palpatine. He adopted the name Darth Vader, and was placed in a suit after his legs were cut off and his body was burned after a fight with his former master Obi-Wan Kenobi on the planet of Mustafar. He returned to the light side upon feeling conflict when finding his son Luke and turned stopped the now emperor Palpatine from killing him. In the original trilogy, Vader was physically portrayed by David Prowse more.

Vader even tho he became good still gives people except ALuke to mercy and kills them. He even does that to his OWN men!

Darth Vader would be higher then Kylo because he killed the younglings and Obi-Wan.

Darth Vader is the best. He is always calm and never as angry as Kylo Ren.

He turned into Anakin again when he died and he was good.

3 Kylo Ren Kyle Ren, also known as Ben Solo, is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. Kylo Ren commands the First Order with a temper as fiery as his unconventional lightsaber. Ren first appeared in 2015's Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. Ben Solo, the son of Han Solo and Princess Leia, was trained at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy, but turned to the dark side under the influence of Supreme Leader Snoke. In the Star Wars sequel trilogy, Kylo Ren is portrayed by Adam Driver.

I'm surprised he's so high up but then again he turned against Luke and he's the angry villain while Darth Vader is calmer so it's no surprise he's above him. Kylo Ren also is more driven by power.

Kylo Ren didn't even regret killing his father and as of episode 7 he has no reason for being a evil.

I already saw the movie, but you spoiled it for everybody that hasn't.

I know he is Darth Vader grandson but he should not killed his father.

4 Darth Maul Darth Maul is a fictional character in the science fiction franchise Star Wars. Trained as Darth Sidious's first apprentice, he serves as a Sith Lord and a master of wielding a double-bladed lightsaber. Darth Maul debuted in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, and has made subsequent appearances in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, and Solo: A Star Wars Story.

But Maul warned Ashoka about Vader and knew the Jedi were going to fall and wanted to help but she denied saying that she didn't trust him yet and wanted him to join her but he said he couldn't.

In Clone Wars he killed most of Obi-Wan's loved ones and only kept him alive to cause him pain.

Got tattoos without parents knowing.

So evil he only lasted one movie.

5 Governor Tarkin Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. Tarkin served as Governor of the Outer Rim territories, and eventually earned the rank of Grand Moff. Jabba the Hutt first appeared on screen in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, and was featured in the special edition of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

Most people would say Palpatine was the most evil but I give my vote to Jabba.

He is my favourite slug.

Best slug in the films

Marlon Brando be like

7 General Hux General Armitage Hux is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. First introduced in the 2015 film Star Wars: The Force Awakens, he is portrayed by Irish actor Domhnall Gleeson.

What did Jabba do that was badder? Sure he stripped girls and made them sleep with him but this guy has power to explode planets!

He ordered the troopers and First Order to fire their weapon towards the Republic planets.

Bro explodes 5 planets and your saying he isn't more evil than Jabba!

Hux explodes things for fun and orders deaths.

8 Count Dooku Count Dooku of Serenno, from the House of Dooku is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise, appearing in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith as a primary and minor antagonist respectively. He was portrayed by Christopher Lee and voiced by Corey Burton in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Clone Wars.

FORMER jedi.(emphasise on former) second person to use the electric force. The only other Sith to use that is the most evil person in star wars.

I admire his electricity

9 General Grievous General Grievous is a fictional character and antagonist in the Star Wars franchise. He served as the Supreme Commander of the Confederacy of Independent Systems' Droid Armies during the Clone Wars. He is voiced by Matthew Wood.

Do I need to say anything? He took pleasure in slaughtering younglings.

I hate how they made him die.

10 Snoke Supreme Leader Snoke is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. Snoke served as the mysterious leader of the First Order. Supreme Leader Snoke is a CGI character voiced and performed by Andy Serkis.

He was only seen as a hologram in Star Ears 7, it was 25 feet tall, his real size is much smaller however, and we don't even know who he really is.

He's a giant Voldemort-like figure that was supreme leader of the First Order.

The Contenders
11 Grand Admiral Thrawn Grand Admiral Thrawn is a Chiss male from the Star Wars universe created by Timothy Zahn. The dude is evil ok?

12 Boba Fett Boba Fett is a fictional character in the Star Wars series. In The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, he is a bounty hunter hired by Darth Vader and also employed by Jabba the Hutt.

Boba Fett was trained since he was young how to fight, fly a ship, fix things, use guns, and more.

A badass bounty hunter making his way though the universe like his father beofre him.

Even when he was young he was evil!

I love bounty hunters

More evil then maul, after all, maul tried stop Palpatine and his plans.

Savge is badder then Maul but Maul lasted longer. But Savage should be at least in the top 10.

He's scary and ruthless

Savage should be higher he is more evil then his brother who is number 4

16 Jango Fett Jango Fett is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise, created by George Lucas. He made his debut in the 2002 film Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, where he was portrayed by actor Temuera Morrison.

Jango Fett is not called the deadliest and the most wanted bounty hunter without a reason as he earns a lot of money from missions and he can kill Jedi with using nothing but his hands!

Jango is a ruthless bounty hunter who kills and destroys innocent people. But somehow he was a good father to Boba.

If he's the first most wanted and most deadly bounty hunters why is she behind Bossk for?

Way more evil than Bossk and why is he only 24?

17 Bib Fortuna

Serves palpatine in all his evil but does nothing? That is the most evil you get.

18 Jar Jar Binks Jar Jar Binks is a fictional character from the Star Wars saga created by George Lucas. A major character in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, he also has a smaller role in Episode II: Attack of the Clones, and a one-line cameo in Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and the television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The character has earned negative reception for his voice, his clumsiness and the fact that he can't take care of himself. He has earned a reputation of being one of the most hated characters in cinema.

Jar Jar Binks, also known as Evil Incarnate, is so sketchy in episode 1, very fun to watch, but in episode 2 and 3 he becomes a clone of the republic. Obviously Jar Jar has enough power to become 2 people at once, but 1 must have subtle motions, hence why episode 2 and 3 binks is so different.

Why isn't he number 1! He is the true sith behind star wars. He caused it all. He fooled us all! He isn't stupid and annoying, he's actually powerful, intelligent and manipulative. Evil at it's finest.

If he hadn't got Anakin's attention, Qui-Gon would've never noticed Anakin, but since Anakin did notice him, a war started.

He is not evil! He is dumb and funny! What is he doing on this list anyway? Are you kidding me?

19 Stormtroopers
20 Rey Rey is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise, portrayed by British actress Daisy Ridley. First appearing as the central character in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Rey is a scavenger who was left behind on the planet Jakku when she was a child, and later becomes involved with the Resistance's conflict with the First Order when her solitary life is interrupted by BB-8, the droid of ace Resistance pilot Poe Dameron, and the runaway Stormtrooper Finn.

Rey is an idiot! She is the worst character ever besides Jar Jar and she sucks! I voted for Kylo every time they fought! And she STOLE Hans ship without him knowing and flew it! She ALSO stole Luke's lightsaber l! She's also a very stupid character who does nothing besides wanting to be perfect and she's a waste of chracter!

Watch Rise of Skywalker and you'll see. The final scene between Kylo Ren and Rey proves that Rey is in Kahoots with sith.

21 Asajj Ventress Asajj Ventress is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise during the Clone Wars, appearing in the Clone Wars micro-series, and in The Clone Wars film and television series. She is voiced by Nika Futterman.

She is just as bad as Savage.

She is definitely evil

Wicked and I love it

Plagueis is first mentioned in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Plagueis served as the primary focus of a 2012 novel, Darth Plagueis, written by James Luceno.

He IS Palps's master and made him KILL is own family as a child! And people wonder why Palpatine loves killing loved ones.

Pure evil! Ever heard of the story Darth Plagueis the Wise?

Way more then Aurra Sing bye ya far and more powerful then her to

Bro made Palpatine and forced him to kill his own parents at like 6 years old

23 Darth Bane Darth Bane is a legendary Sith from Star Wars. Darth Bane was one of the greatest Sith lords who ever lived in the Star Wars universe. Darth Bane's greatest accomplishment was creating the Rule of Two, making the Sith a secretive order with one master and one apprentice. The apprentice would learn everything they could from their master, than when they were strong enough, they would kill them, and the cycle would repeat. Bane believed this would allow for the Sith to become strong. Darth Bane makes an appearance in Star Wars: The Clone Wars: The Lost Missions, as well as the Darth Bane Trilogy. In Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Bane is voiced by Mark Hamill.

Come on, read the name.

Just look at him

24 Cad Bane Cad Bane is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise, created by George Lucas, Dave Filoni and Henry Gilroy as a recurring antagonist voiced by Corey Burton in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He also appeared in Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and made his live-action debut in The Book of Boba Fett.

Bruh why is Cad Bane so low he steals from jedi and casues lot's of people to die then he threatens to kill everybody and blow their whole base?!

Malicious and unrelenting, he just cause to much death and trouble to be overlooked.

Cad Bane is the third most wanted bounty hunter which should make him way higher up

25 Bossk Bossk is a fictional Trandoshan bounty hunter in the Star Wars franchise, first appearing in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.

Oh you should see Bossk in Clone Wars and he should easily be right on number 20!

I have nothing to say but, Fear.
