Top Ten Sith Lords
Sheev Palpatine (also known by his Sith identity Darth Sidious and publicly as Senator Palpatine, then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and later Emperor Palpatine) is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Star Wars franchise, mainly portrayed by Ian McDiarmid. He nearly killed every Jedi in 19 BBY because he was the Supreme Chancellor of the Republic at the time. Every clone obeyed Order 66. Darth Sidious was eventually killed by Darth Vader, who threw him off the Death Star.
Gotta go with Sidious here. He had a long evil plan and executed it brilliantly to destroy the Jedi. He went untouched and accumulated power throughout the galaxy.
He is the accumulation of all Sith power. He is all-powerful, and I have a theory he may be the third Sith'ari.
Darth Vader is a Star Wars character and the main antagonist of the first three original Star Wars films and the main protagonist of the Star Wars prequel trilogy under his original name Anakin Skywalker. He helped Darth Sidious succeed in executing Order 66 by attacking the Jedi Temple on the planet Coruscant. However, he died on the Death Star after telling Luke Skywalker to take off his mask.
He is essentially a being made up almost entirely of the Force, a Force entity in human form.

This rule led to the eventual destruction of the Jedi Order and the Republic in 19 BBY. I rest my case.
Without Revan, Bane wouldn't have come up with the Rule of Two and would never have become the Sith'ari. Revan was a top-class Jedi and Sith. He should be in the top ten or at least top eleven.

Darth Nihilus is a fictional Sith lord who serves as a primary antagonist in the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II. With arguably the best Sith presence up to around 2020, Darth Nihilus has impeccable robes, clothes, and a face mask. The mysterious nature behind the character places Nihilus as one of the best Sith to grace the audience. An awesome turn of events for the Sith starts with Darth Nihilus and continues to Kylo Ren. Incredible attire and impressive skills put Nihilus on a high pedestal.
He was a Force vampire. Force vampires feed on the Force to make themselves stronger. He is virtually unbeatable.

He is not the most powerful, but he is the best in my opinion.

How is this not #1? Traya is clearly the best Sith. Her character is the most interesting, and she isn't just someone who looks cool like Maul.
Extremely clever and could wield three lightsabers using the Force. She foresaw Mace Windu's death 4,000 years before it happened.

Darth Malak is a fictional Sith lord in the Star Wars franchise. Malak first appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. He was originally a Jedi Knight trained by Revan, but both Revan and Malak fell to the Dark Side. He was a human Sith Lord with red clothing and a metal mask covering his mouth. He died in 3,956 BBY.

Darth Malgus is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. Malgus was a member of the Sith Order during the Old Republic, and serves as an antagonist in The Old Republic video game. He was a Sith Lord in the Old Republic times. He was the apprentice of Vindican and led the victorious recapture of the Sith world Korriban. He attacked the Jedi Temple but died several years later.
Held his decayed body together just with the Force. That's some power. I believe he is on par with Darth Nihilus.
Also called the Lord of Pain, he lived during the time of the Old Sith Wars but died in 3951 BBY on Malachor.

You may be wondering, Who is he? His father is Han Solo, and his mother is Leia Organa Solo. He turned against his family and friends, betraying his former principles, and led the Galactic Alliance. He died at 41 BBY. Lumiya was Darth Caedus' Sith master.
Savage Oppress is a fictional character who appeared in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Oppress was the secret apprentice and of Count Dooku and brother of Darth Maul. He is voiced by Clancy Brown.
She killed Darth Bane, one of the best Sith of all time.

Not so much for how cool he is, but rather how cool he could be. It would be awesome if the new canon fleshed out his story.
The only Sith to practice the dark side and remain a good man.
I hope Disney makes him canon, but if they do, they need to preserve the character exactly as he was.
