Top 10 Star Wars: The Clone Wars Characters

The Top Ten
1 Obi-Wan Kenobi Obi-Wan Kenobi is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe, played by Sir Alec Guinness and Ewan McGregor.

Is a awesome character! Didn't appear as much as other characters but is good at using the force like when he used the force on the beasts in inocents of ryloth. That episode is one of the reasons obi-wan is my favorite jedi.

Obi-wan is my favorite. Though he is more of an alcoholic than his future self

Obi wan kenobi, is my favorite! I love him so much!

Great character in this. Adds good humor

2 Captain Rex Captain Rex, designation number CT-7567, is a fictional character in the Star Wars science fiction universe created by George Lucas and a main character of the animated The Clone Wars 2008 film and the related television series of the same name. He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

Captian Rex is the loyal Captain of Anakin's 501st battalion, why isn't he one of the top 10? While his personality may be impulsive and a bit over-confident, he knows how to lead his men into battle and emerge from it with as little casualties as possible. Not to mention, he is more than a simple number... He's an individual who knows how to make his own choices. He understands that a good soldier doesn't always do what he is told, but merely what is right. Plus, he sees his soldiers as men, not clones, which means he understands life and individuality.. The Krell arc proved that. He's loyal but dedicated to himself and his men and he is unafraid to put himself on the front line. Plus, he wields two blasters in either hand. What's not to love about him?

Captain Rex is a loyal solider, he always completes his missions even if he disobeys orders. He is the best clone and character, and in season 1 episode 5, he saved fives and Echo, he also got back the base. (Which blew up anyways becase heavy sacrificed him self to blow it up to kill all the droids) He even saved the 501st and the 212nd by running into the battle field just to get them to stop shooting. If I was a clone I would my life everyday just to save him.

Captain Rex teaches a lot of the differentials when it comes to Clone Troopers armor, and weapons are vast. Much good of feature presentation with Captain Rex and can sort of identify the traits as real and responsible in character and more so human than a regular clone along with several others. Good job troopers, much thanks such far!

Throughout the show we see Captain Rex's personality change greatly. He develops such a great persona and follows his heart and instincts and that's what separates him from other clones and makes him such a great character.

3 Ahsoka Tano Ahsoka Tano is a character in the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas and Dave Filoni. Introduced as the Padawan of Anakin Skywalker, she is a central protagonist of both the 2008 animated film Star Wars: The Clone Wars and the subsequent TV series. Ahsoka Tano was voiced by Ashley Eckstein in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, and Star Wars: Forces of Destiny. Ahsoka made her live action debut in Chapter 13 of The Mandalorian, where she was portrayed by Rosario Dawson.

I don't get people who disliked her at the start. If she was perfect from the start people would have complained about that. I was younger than her when I started watching Clone wars and I was so happy there was a character around my age. She's the reason I started getting into star wars. Then when season 7 aired and she's older, I was also a bit older than her , but still around the same age. Basically I grew up with Ahsoka and at the same time she grew up in the series . Her personality change and growth is my inspiration, something Rey in the stupid sequels could never achieve .

Ahsoka's character growth and development is something I've never seen so well written and done before. I hated her at first but then I fell in love with her. Who would have known that snippy, inexperienced 14 year old girl would grow into one of the key leaders of the rebellion and a woman who took on Darth Vader? Ahsoka is an amazing, strong female lead with her own strengths and weaknesses and a awesome storyline and growth

Ahsoka is one of those characters that you are unsure of the first time they are introduced, but as you keep watching the show, you get really attached to them. I love how she really matures throughout the show. When she left, the rest of the episodes were not as good. Its not like she is the only great character, all the others are really cool too, but she always seemed like the main character to me.

Ahsoka Tano is not only one of the best characters in TCW, but all of Star Wars. I just fell in love with her character development and how she progressed from the immature, reckless padawan she was in Season 1 and 2 to a mature, more soft-spoken and layered leader. In Season 1 she struggled to take lead of her battalion, and by the time of Season 5 she became a strong, wise leader. Ahsoka Tano is an amazing, strong female lead in Star Wars and nothing will tell me otherwise

4 Darth Maul Darth Maul is a fictional character in the science fiction franchise Star Wars. Trained as Darth Sidious's first apprentice, he serves as a Sith Lord and a master of wielding a double-bladed lightsaber. Darth Maul debuted in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, and has made subsequent appearances in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, and Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Say what you want about Maul, the clone wars has brought a whole new layer of depth and humanity to the silent assassin we saw in TPM. If you bother to think deeper, you will realize how powerful he actually is and understand some of the morals behind his actions. Plus, he played a critical part in some of the clone war's best episodes

If you look at any best episodes of Clone Wars list you will find a bunch of Maul's episodes up near the top. There is a reason for that.

Maul was just awesome! But I hate how he's under overrated childish Asoka!

Darth Mual is the black jacket devil, werry good speed, red and black colour face and excellent job to fight in zord.

5 Yoda Yoda is a fictional character in the Star Wars space opera franchise created by George Lucas, first appearing in the 1980 film The Empire Strikes Back. He is portrayed by Frank Oz.

Yoda should be the number 1 best clone wars character. Yoda could also do cool moves in air which no one can do. He is better than Obi-wan-Kenobi since he is fast. He defeated 100 dreoids by himself and no body could that. See yoda could do that because of his cool moves on air.

Even be cause yoda aka jedi GRAND master of all time! is listed 2 he is NUMBER 1 why I say this is reason 1 he defeated 100 battle droids...ALL AT ONCE! reason 2 yoda saves obi wan kenobi reason 3 he has the best lightsaber combat and count dokku thanks guys

Yoda is the best!

6 Anakin Skywalker

The reason Anakin is my favorite is because I love his history. It's sad that he gets so much hate, yet they know how much he's been through in his life. He was a slave as a child, his mother died in his arms, and he only wanted power to protect the ones he cared about. Anakin really doesn't deserve such hate.. Sure he can be a little whiny, but at least he was apologetic and regretful later about his behavior and actions.

Anakin is really underrated. He is really cool. Some people say he is quite irritating, but I love his since of humor and how he kind of does his own thing. One moment he is getting on Ahsoka for not following orders. Next moment he is disobeying orders himself! I know this is annoying to a lot of people but I love it!

One of the few Jedi that is not a cardboard character. He is loyal, passionate and bold unlike anyone else, but also deeply flawed. A true tragic hero.

Anakin is so much better in this series that you actually want to see this version rather than the prequel one.

7 Fives

Sweet baby cinnamon roll who did not deserve his fate. He stood with, and desperately tried to protect his vode. And when he couldn't protect them, he tried to at least bring joy into their lives through humor. Overall, an amazing goofball who deserved better

Fives was always loyal to his Clone brothers and the Jedi. He gave his life trying to expose Chancellor Palpatine's plan to exterminate the Jedi, dying with uncompromising selflessness and courage to do what was right.

Why is he above Ahsoka? I get he was important, but he almost never interacted with any main character in any way. He was just filler in the clone episodes. Sorry guys.

Well done fives for finding out about order 66 you are one of my favourite clones by far shame he died to Fox!

8 R2-D2 R2-D2 or Artoo-Detoo is a fictional robot character in the Star Wars universe created by George Lucas, who appears in the original trilogy, the prequel trilogy, and the sequel trilogy.

Underrated for sure

9 Padme Amildala Padmé Amidala is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise, appearing in the prequel trilogy portrayed by actress Natalie Portman.
10 Castas
The Contenders
11 Savage Opress Savage Oppress is a fictional character who appeared in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Oppress was the secret apprentice and of Count Dooku and brother of Darth Maul. He is voiced by Clancy Brown.

He is totally awesome, how is he so low on the list?

Savage is under freaking Castas who only complains that's wrong!

12 Faro Argyus
13 Pong Krell

Pong Krell would have slaughtered a whole batalion, if there would not have been this sarlac like thing!
And clones are real soldires. Grievous was defeated by some gungans...

My opinion is that he sucks...this is just what I think.

14 Palpatine Sheev Palpatine (also known by his Sith identity Darth Sidious and publicly as Senator Palpatine, then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and later Emperor Palpatine) is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Star Wars franchise, mainly portrayed by Ian McDiarmid.
15 Hondo Ohnaka

Hilarious. He'd go from being an ally to the Jedi to hijacking their ships a few weeks later to being an ally the week after that. All while delivering some of the shows best one-liners. What's not to love?

He puts the Jedi and Sith in perspective (maybe the only character to ever do this) with (to Maul) 'Let me warn you, you are not the first laser-sword wielding maniac I've had to deal with, and Hondo Ohnaka survives every time! '

Hondo Ohnaka I started hilarious.

16 Count Dooku Count Dooku of Serenno, from the House of Dooku is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise, appearing in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith as a primary and minor antagonist respectively. He was portrayed by Christopher Lee and more.
17 Shaak Ti Shaak Ti is a fictional Jedi Master who appeared in the Star Wars prequel trilogy and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

I really liked her in the clone wars. I loved her words of wisdom and she was 1 of the only characters who actually listened to fives. She's my absolute favourite Jedi master.

18 Pre Vizsla
19 Bossk Bossk is a fictional Trandoshan bounty hunter in the Star Wars franchise, first appearing in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
20 General Grievous

His death wasn't really the best . . . I think they could have done better. Seriously, after all the Jedi he killed and he got taken down by a blaster. I know it was kenobi that killed him, but they could have done better.
He's cool, and his theme is my favorite Star Wars song (I prefer the piano version so just search up "general grievous suite piano" and it'll pop up.)

He is really good since he has 4 light sabers and can spin his light sabers so he won't get hit. He should be better than Captain Rex. Whoever made this list is the stupidest person in the universe.

General Greivous was menacing, but dumb. I don't see why he deserves to be this's high on this list.

General grievous is a best who always gets the upper hand over obi wan.

21 Cad Bane Cad Bane is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise, created by George Lucas, Dave Filoni and Henry Gilroy as a recurring antagonist voiced by Corey Burton in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He also appeared in Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and made his live-action debut in The Book of Boba Fett.

Best bounty hunter ever. Absolutely no debate.

Cad Bane was pretty badass.

He's awesome, that is all.

Boba Fett is betta

22 Asajj Ventress Asajj Ventress is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise during the Clone Wars, appearing in the Clone Wars micro-series, and in The Clone Wars film and television series. She is voiced by Nika Futterman.

I love Asajj! How come she isn't higher than General Greivous? She has great character and one of my favorites!

Ventress does not get enough credit as she deserves. She is awesome.

Should be higher on the list! I love her character and her backstory is so sad.

The coldest villain in the show.

23 Plo Koon Plo Koon is a fictional Jedi Master who appeared in the Star Wars prequel trilogy and the animated television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008-2014; 2020).

Best character you know nothing about. Plus he in a sense started this story by finding Ahsoka so

24 Mother Talzin
25 Kit Fisto Kit Fisto is a Jedi from the Star Wars universe. A Nautolan Jedi, Kit Fisto appeared in Star Wars, Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars, Episode III: Revenge Of the Sith, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008-2014; 2020).

He is competent and not a complete idiot or ass, which seems rare of the Jedi in the clone wars. One of the few that doesn't have his head up his ass. Plus, we got a ton of water eps with him.

He is legendary and hey he almost captured general grevious when his entire task force including his old padawan nadar veb and clone squad were all killed by grevious or some traps. I just can't say anything really he is just my favourite Jedi.

I always thought that Kit Fisto was so cool. He's underrated. He should be higher than Savage Opress!

My favourite Jedi by far he is funny cool and was able to pretty much beat general Grevious and last longer in a duel with palpatine than Agen Kolar or master Tiin.
