General Grievous

Best Star Wars villain ever! He stole the show like Darth Vader did in the Star Wars movies. He's very skilled with a lightsaber and is even a match against Jedi like Obi-Wan Kenobi.
He's a cyborg with four arms, an awesome voice, and a ruthless yet cowardly personality.
I hated his death. I loved seeing him slaughter Jedi, and I would love a series of him. I wish he had joined the Empire.
-
Darth Maul
Darth Maul is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. Trained as Darth Sidious's first apprentice, he serves as a Sith Lord and wields a distinctive double-bladed lightsaber. Darth Maul first appeared in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and later featured in Star Wars: The Clone Wars... read more
Darth Maul is awesome and should have lasted more than one movie. I was so glad when they brought him back. He was just too good to die. He has been incredible in the show. I love what they've done with him.
In the movie, he had only a few lines, but in the show, he has many. He's a much more interesting character. Since his return, he has starred in some of the show's best episodes and most epic lightsaber fights. Sam Witwer does an excellent job with his voice acting. I like Maul in the show better than in the movie. He should at least be in the top 3. I say he deserves number 1.
Darth Maul owned Season Five when he made alliances with Death Watch and controlled Mandalore, betraying Pre Vizsla and then taking control of Death Watch himself. Badass character. It only sucks that his fate was once again left unconfirmed for a few years before he returned in Star Wars Rebels.
The way this guy actually did something that Death Watch failed to do over the entire Clone Wars series, where Mandalore was commonly involved in each season, makes him the best. And most of all, Maul got his revenge.

Cad Bane is a great fighter. A bounty hunter with no fear is dangerous. Thus, Cad Bane is very dangerous and is kind of the master bounty hunter, leading groups of others on many occasions.
Very cool villain. He is a bounty hunter, yet he can stand up to a Jedi.
He is my favorite bounty hunter. I liked watching him abuse Obi-Wan and that other guy single-handedly, and they were both Jedi.
-
Darth Sidious
Sheev Palpatine, also known by his Sith identity Darth Sidious, is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Star Wars franchise. Publicly, he appears as Senator Palpatine, then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and later as Emperor Palpatine. He is mainly portrayed by Ian McDiarmid... read more
General Grievous? He has to be one of the most overrated characters in the franchise, not to mention he dies almost as quickly as he's introduced. Darth Sidious, on the other hand - THIS guy is one of the greatest movie villains of all time! You can really feel how evil he is. It's chilling, and he has some unforgettable lines. Clearly the best villain of the Clone Wars, and the second best in the Star Wars franchise in my opinion (after Darth Vader).
Although old man Sidious appears in the flesh just once, he is a total BADASS! He wasn't even trying to battle Maul and Savage, but it looked like he was in total control of the battle and killed Savage JUST LIKE THAT. He is intimidating, PERIOD, whether he's a hologram or dual lightsaber-wielding.
-
Savage Opress
Savage Opress is a fictional character who appeared in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Opress was the secret apprentice of Count Dooku and the brother of Darth Maul. He is voiced by Clancy Brown and made his debut in the third season of the show.
I love his design and strength in The Clone Wars. It's a shame that he had to die. I would love to see Savage in a Star Wars movie.
-
Asajj Ventress
Asajj Ventress is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise, active during the Clone Wars. She appears in the Clone Wars micro-series and in Star Wars: The Clone Wars film and television series. Ventress, a former Sith apprentice turned bounty hunter, is voiced by Nika Futterman.
It is very interesting to see the twists and turns that this character takes, and I am so excited to see which path she will finish on. It would be amazing to see her in Star Wars Rebels!
Much more complex than she gets credit for. Plus, giving the kiss of death to a clone trooper was amazing.
Ventress is the definition of evil, which makes her the best.
-
Pre Vizsla
He has awesome armor and defeated Ahsoka and Obi-Wan! Vizsla should be number 3 on this list.
Vizsla is like Boba Fett and Jango Fett mixed with a Sith. He is a boss!
-
The Son
Number 12! The Son killed The Father, crippled The Daughter, and nearly single-handedly destroyed Mortis. He has red Force lightning, almost blew up The Father's palace, and captured the Dagger of Mortis. The only reason he died was that Anakin, who had greater Force potential than The Father, drained him and ran him through.
The Son is so cool! I love his lightsaber too!
-
Hondo Ohnaka
Hondo is such a funny character, and he's cool!

Bossk
Bossk is a fictional Trandoshan bounty hunter in the Star Wars universe. He first appeared in the 1980 film Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back. Bossk is known for his scaly reptilian appearance, his rivalry with other bounty hunters such as Boba Fett, and his proficiency in tracking targets... read more
Bossk doesn't need anyone! Boba pisses him off at times and keeps bothering him. Aurra Sing left him like the weak coward she is and didn't even care about him in the first place. Castas didn't even respect him and kept complaining. Plus, he is just bossed around.
Bossk is an awesome, loyal friend to Boba. But he would have been way better off without Aurra and Castas, for sure!
Bossk is one of my favorite bounty hunters. I just wish he was a bit more independent.
-
Pong Krell
A traitor to the Republic with four arms, two double-bladed lightsabers, and a beard - what more could you want in a villain?
If you dual-wield, you are my guy. If you have a double-bladed lightsaber, you're my guy. If you dual-wield double-bladed lightsabers, you are my god.
This guy was an absolute powerhouse. He could have killed almost any Jedi or Sith. He had a cool voice too.
-
Boba Fett
Boba Fett is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. He is a bounty hunter who appears in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, working for Darth Vader and Jabba the Hutt. Boba Fett also stars in his own series, The Book of Boba Fett, released in 2021.
Not scared of anything but felt bad when Aurra left him and Bossk. I was SO glad when Boba and Bossk became friends in the movies, while Aurra didn't.
Boba is skilled, able to work well with guns, bombs, targets, and ships.
Boba proved himself to others, but he only has around six episodes in total.
-
Aurra Sing
Aurra was like a mentor for Boba after his father died. Aurra is also a skilled bounty hunter.
-
Admiral Trench
-
Nute Gunray
Nute Gunray is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. He appears in the prequel trilogy and in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Gunray is the Viceroy of the Trade Federation and later becomes a member of the Separatist Council during the Clone Wars.

I guess if you count Anakin at the end of the seasons.
-
Mother Talzin
I don't know if she is considered a villain, but she is evil and wicked and does a great job at it.
-
Riff Tamson
An underrated Star Wars villain. He is power-hungry and uses a divide-and-conquer strategy to subjugate the people of Mon Cala. He is a brilliant battlefield tactician, decisively defeating the Republic twice, including some of the best Jedi. He also uses torture and intimidation and has the best laugh in the entire series.
-
Sergeant Slick
It was cool to see a traitor in the ranks in an early season. I liked those episodes.
-
