You only need to listen to the album 'Dormant Heart' to see why these Brits are the most aggressive, progressive, and technical thrash band on the planet now. Most of their albums are lengthy, but you won't even notice the 65+minutes go by. If you're impressed, then go grab the' Monolith' and 'Edge of the Earth' and their debut. These guys don't disappoint.

If they're already here, good. One of the best thrash metal bands going round.

229 Muse Muse Muse are an English alternative rock band from Teignmouth, Devon, formed in 1994. The members are Matt Bellamy (lead vocal, lead guitar, piano, keyboard), Dom Howard (drums, percussion) and Chris Wolstenholme (bass, backing vocals). Lol! Someone throws a bit of bait in the bloody piranha metal-filled waters and they take it hook, line and sinker.

They are sporadically heavy, but they're alternative rock.

Muse?!?! Heavy Metal?!?!?!

Yes, they are. But some songs sound like Slayer.
