21 Nika Futterman
22 Cree Summer

Best known for her distinctive African-American voice. -

Did Chloe in "Sabrina the Animated Series". Is close friends with Melissa Joan Hart and her sister, Emily Hart. - monsterhigh200

23 Rob Paulsen

Considering he voiced Raphael on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Carl Wheezer on Jimmy Neutron, Fowlmouth and Arnold on Tiny Toons, Pinky on Pinky and the Brain, and his most notable role... Yakko from Animaniacs, one has to wonder why Rob Paulsen is so beloved among the voice acting fans and workers. - c0mf0rta61ynum6

Rob is awesome! One of my most favorite voice artists (next to Mel Blanc, Daws Butler, Don Messick, June Foray, Tress MacNeille, Jim Henson, Bill Farmer, Frank Oz, Kath Souice, Dan Castellaneta, Jerry Nelson, Richard Hunt, Jim Cummings, Frank Welker, Jess Harnell, Charlie Adler, Dave Goelz, Pamela Adlon, and many more)!

My most favorite roles of his are Yakko Warner, Pinky, Carl Wheezer, Dr. Scratchnsniff, Fowlmouth, Silverbeak, Raphael, and Donatello.

He certainly deserves to be on the top 10 spot!

You just named all the characters in that he voices which is the reason he is beloved among voice acting fans and workers. He is a great voice actor. Not the greatest but certainly not the worst. - mrcoolface

Yakko, Carl Wheezer, and 625. I swear I didn't know they were voiced by the same guy.

24 Jim Cummings

Jim Cummings is not even in the top ten? Have you guys seen his resume? He has voiced Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Darkwing Duck, Scar from The Lion King, Peg Leg Pete, Negaduck, Ray the firefly, Steele from Balto, and many, many more. He's got a very wide range of voices and deserves to be in the top twenty because of that. Heck, he deserves to be in the top ten. Much more so than voice actors who use the same voice over and over again, like James Earl Jones and Morgan Freeman (both of which are great actors might I add).

He's got a pretty large filmography, and can do some good voices.

Winnie the Pooh AND Tigger too -

Wasn't he Ray from Princess and the Frog?

RIP Ms.Cavanaugh. The voice of Chuckie and Dexter. We'll miss you :'( - Catacorn

28 June Foray

Was stupid Tara Strong the female Mel Blanc in Looney Toons? HELL, NO! That would be June Foray. This is someone who I'm very surprised to see at the very bottom.

She's in her 100's, and is still doing voices! Go, June!

Does her voice of Cindy Lou in Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas. - monsterhigh200

The female Mel Blanc!

29 Mike Judge Mike Judge Michael Craig "Mike" Judge is an American actor, voice actor, animator, writer, producer, director, and musician.

most of the people on this list (except hank azaria, dan castalaneta, tom kenny, charlie adler, e. g daily and a few others) are just actors who did one voice acting role. Mike Judge is the voice behind beavis, butt-head, mr anderson, buzzcut, mcvicker, van driessen, the burger world manager, the maximart clerk, stewarts dad and stacks of one off characters on beavis and butt-head. he's also genius enough to voice hank hill on king of the hill and Gerald goode on the goode family. what a legend. - CrowdedChisel

Not only does he do hank he also does Boomhauer and almost all of the assorted voices on all his shows (small lines like a news anchor, or a cop "these boys arnt drunk they're just stupid! " "huh huh, were wasted dude.")

30 Don Messick

The ORIGINAL voice of Scooby-Doo!

He is often remembered in DuckTales (as Scrooge McDuck's dad), Bonkers (as the mayor of Toontown) and a few more including Pound Puppies, Stair Fairies, ABC Weekend Specials (alongside Melissa Joan Hart) and Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue (as Papa Smurf who discovered that Michael had secretly stolen Corey's piggy bank from her bedroom and finds out that he is doing drugs). Great voice actor. Mr. Messick will be missed. by the way, I rented Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue for free at a local video store.

His performance as Dracula on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Ollie Williams on Family Guy always makes me laugh! I also love him as Wilt on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Hermes on Futurama, and his performance on the old sketch comedy show, MADtv.

38 Clancy Brown

Not many people can pull off being both Mr. Krabs and Lex Luthor. Clancy can.

He's been Lex Luthor, Mr Krabs, Dr Neo Cortex, Uka-Uka, Savage Opress, Taskmaster, Baron Praxis, Hades and Capt. Hadley

39 Nolan North

Come on, lets get nolan to his rightly deserved number 1 spot! Deadpool and his chimichangas agree!
