Top 10 Most Violent, Brutal, Hardcore, Bloody, Gorefests
Whether it's a slasher/horror, torture porno, or just some action movie where Rambo beats the crap out of random terrorists, these splatterpieces will forever be recognized as movies that created and/or perfected Grindhouse cinema! How is this 8? This film is way worse (in terms of violence) than cannibal hollocaust and dead alive combined.

This movie is super bloody. As a matter of fact, it's so bloody that it's hilarious. Seriously, a girl cuts a zombie's hand off and the hand still moves picking a guys nose! What the hell haha!
A full blood bath (or blood wave) of extreme gore dashed with some comedy, braindead is a bloody new package to cinema from Peter Jackson.
Maybe not the most intense movie ever, but in terms of total, unadulterated gore, Dead Alive is without equal.
I honestly thought this movie should've been rated NC-17 because it is one of the goriest films I have ever seen. it's even gorier than the Evil Dead and that movie got an NC-17 rating.

This movie was so violent and disturbing that the director was actually arrested for making an almost possible snuff film.
It was never intended to be a real snuff film but so many things went wrong with it.
There we're actual real animals killed onscreen.
This movie is horrible but amazing real animals get raped and killed it's just plain horrible I was sick after this

This seems to be very famous in the horror community, maybe I should see for myself...

One of the most disgusting movies ever
This one was pretty disgusting

The most painful movie ever made

My dream mansion

It's the most brilliant horror movie I've seen till date, in terms of story and screenplay. I wouldn't say it's horrifying or anything. Horror movies are scary only if you are emotionally weak or if you simply can't stomach watching anything violent, in which case you shouldn't watch it.
Saw should have been #1 for you either die or torture the fxck out of yourself to live in the killer still probably kills you anyway, making it a gortastic movie.
This was the best movie I ever saw! it was really scary movie and has a lot of torturing scenes!
Most brutal movie I have ever seen

I actually thought the remake from a couple of years ago was even better than the original. A very well-done revenge thriller.
Oh year. I loved that film very much. That girl suffered too much so I didn't feel sorry for the people who raped her. Anyway, her revenge was shocking. Really great movie
Piranha (2010) is complete computer garbage
This is the queen of 70's Grindhouse fliks, and is also a feminist classic. It's about a woman who is raped by four men and decides to kill them brutally, still not convinced? Well then... castration! 'Nuff said.

Haven't seen it, don't think I could.
It is really violent

This is the king of 70's Grindhouse fliks!

So over the top, so bloody, so hilarious! This truly is the King of B-Movies!
best horror movie ever. best cult classic. ash is my hero

So brutal it's hard to watch after the first 5 minutes!

This movie is just SO PERFECT!

Watched it as a kid when someone downloaded it on computer.
It's about a pregnant woman and a scissor wielding female psychopath who's obsessed with the former's unborn infant.
Genius cinematography and direction really helps with the atmosphere and delirium.
The way victim adapts to situation without being much surprised makes it even more disturbing ; for example, in one scene - victim takes rest amid chase (as she knows there's no escape), she's woken up by killer who's rubbing her belly very slowly, victim doesn't flinch, her eyes are half closed in hopelessness and starts vomiting.

Sure there's lots of violence on screen, but the scene most people remember is the off screen ear cutting scene. (shudders)

Just watch this film and you will forget all others

A monumental French Horror classic that is has grisly as it is scary!

This is way more bloodier and gorier than every movie on this list and after seeing this at the movies I thought this should have been #1

Exiting and brutal movie. It is full of surprises

This movie is extremely violent and brutal!
