To this day it remains not only the very best of the Star Trek movies but the absolute pinnacle of all things Trek!
My favorite part was the final lightsaber duel with Count Dooku Yoda
Anakin Skywalker and Obi Wan Kenobi it was also nice to see Yoda kick some ass
One particular whipping-boy here seems to be A Christmas Story 2, and I'm not here to dispute that choice. (after all, any movie that goes directly to dvd without a theatrical release can't be ALL GOOD. )
What's especially perverse about this is that there already was a sequel. My Summer Story (aka It Runs In The Family) concerns Ralphie's adventures the following summer. it took a decade so it's a whole new cast - Kieran Culkin as Ralphie, Charles Gorden and Mary Steenburgen as his parents - but it is nonetheless a much worthier follow-up and a textbook case of a "lost" film that should've gotten a chance.
It's worth seeing if only because Bob Clark and Jean Shepherd are still at the helm.
