The Top Ten
1 Angela Anaconda Angela Anaconda is a Canadian–American children's television series created by Joanna Ferrone and Sue Rose, the latter of whom who also voices the title character.

They barely had enough money for a show and clearly had no money left to hire an actual singer and was forced to use the voice actress who can't sing period and it really shows.

My name is Angela say hello welcome to my crappy show.

This show terrified me when I was little.

2 Mega Babies Mega Babies is a Canadian animated series created by the Tremblay brothers, Christian and Yvon, who previously had made the H-B's show SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron.

This show shows you exactly what your in for some of the ugliest animation pilled on with plenty of gross humor all while high pitched squealing is herd in the background.

What species are those babies? Are they aliens or mutants?

3 Hammerman Hammerman is a Saturday morning cartoon, produced by DIC Entertainment and starring pop rapper MC Hammer, which aired for thirteen episodes on ABC in 1991.

Oh this theme song is legendary, but so bad.

The song is legendary

4 The Wacky World of Tex Avery The Wacky World of Tex Avery is a French–American–Canadian animated comedy television series produced by DIC Entertainment and created by Robby London in 1997. The series was named after Tex Avery, a cartoonist who is known for his work at Warner Bros.

This intro throws in so much s-t at the wall that the walls are literally covered in s-t, all while they repeatedly sing "Welcome to the wacky wa wa wacky wacky wa wa" all while disgusting armpit and mouth noises are herd.

This is a disgrace to Tex Avery's name.

5 Little Shop

This show wasn't even finished.

Yet another awful rap number.

6 The Brothers Flub The Brothers Flub is an animated television series produced by Sunbow Entertainment and co-produced by Ravensburger.

As the Mysterious Mr. Enter already stated its just the word Flub farted repeatedly while someone is screaming in the background while obnoxious sound effects play.

7 Caillou Caillou is a Canadian educational children's television series that was first shown on Teletoon (both English and French versions), with its first episode airing on the former channel on September 15, 1997; the show later moved to Treehouse TV, with its final episode being shown on that channel on October 3, 2010. The show was animated in Canada by CINAR Corporation (later Cookie Jar Entertainment), In season 5, the show was animated by South African-based studio, Clockwork Zoo. The show, based on the books by Hélène Desputeaux, focuses on a four-year-old boy named Caillou who is fascinated by the world around him.

I hate caillou

8 Dumb and Dumber (Animated Series)

90's version of Teen Titans Go, Breadwinners, Fanboy and Chum Chum and Sanjay and Craig

Even the creators of this show couldn't come up with a decent intro.

9 Garfield and Friends (Season 7 Theme)

The final seasons theme song was an awful rap number that was so bad it was left out in the DVD release and replaced with the previous theme 'Were ready to party" and for good reason at least it answers the question why season 7 was the last season of this show.

10 Detention
The Contenders
11 The Boss Baby- Back in Buisness

This isn't even a 90's show. Because you don't like this show doesn't mean it has to be on this list, especially for the fact that this list is supposed to be for 90's shows only.

This show is bad with an annoying intro, but it isn't from the 90s.

Not even a 90s show
