Top 10 Happy Tree Friends Characters

Honestly, I think Flippy is my favorite because he is so misunderstood. Most characters think he is just a murderous psychopath who is fueled by blood, but I find him on a different level than just a murderer. Plus, it's not his fault. If I had the traumatic experience he had, I would also go insane if anything reminded me of what happened. The point is, I don't care if he kills people. I think he is just a sweetheart, and I wish I was him and/or with him.

I'm aware Flippy is overrated, but I absolutely cannot dislike him for that. He is green all over (my favorite color), he's from the badass Army, he's my favorite animal, and he has two complete opposite sides. Half of him is friendly and cute, while the other half is scary, sadistic, and murderous. He definitely stands out from the rest. I'm sorry, y'all, I can't stop liking this cute but deadly creature!

Nutty is so cute and crazy! He loves to have fun and is always so energetic! He's friends with everyone and never argues with anyone.

I admit he can act foolish when mistaking cement for sugar and Christmas lights for candy, but that's what makes him funny! Foolishness is funniness!

I love him so much. Very funny, hyperactive, hilarious little guy. I love him mostly because he admires candy a lot. He's also my second top favorite.

The only flaw about him is that he can sometimes be very selfish and obnoxious. But overall, not the worst.

In my opinion, Flaky is the best character of HTF of all time. She does deserve more starring episodes and fewer deaths. She isn't as pretty as Petunia and not better than Flippy, but Flaky is awesome.

She is very shy and timid, and her little dandruff on her quills is adorable! She also looks way better with no eyelashes and no ears because that's what makes her special and adorable. Most people would pick Petunia as the prettiest girl, but Flaky is like a model to me. And Flippy is okay, just not cute enough. People probably like him for the fact he has so many kills and fewer deaths.

But to me, Flaky will always remain in my heart, and I feel so sorry that she only survives 13 times in the show, considering how timid, shy, and adorable she is.

One of the cutest characters, if not the cutest. I like his design and voice and when he gets mad over not having any hands. He has one of the absolute worst torture episodes of the entire series (Don't Yank My Chain), so my sympathy for him goes up.

I might put Handy as my first favorite character because it's kinda funny how, when he tries to do something that requires hands, he just glares at the screen and makes an angry sound.

He is my favorite because he breaks the fourth wall every time he tries to use his arms, and that is just so cute. With his low chance of survival, you know he will die a horrible death every time he is featured in an episode.

And he is so cute as an amputee worker beaver.

I don't get why a lot of people detest him. Yes, he may be stupid at times, but that's what makes him such a fantastic character. He's so overhated...

Lumpy can be stupid sometimes, but he can be hilarious too. That's why Lumpy is my favorite. Plus, he has a cool color to him too.

Lumpy is the cutest and funniest character in the series! He's so funny, especially when his stupidity gets the better of him!

Mime is very cute! In my opinion, he's kinda impressive. I like how he's nice and also talented. That's why I put him on my favorite character list.

She's so cute and innocent. All she wants to do is just entertain people, even though she is kind of ditzy.

Go MIME! I love your hobbies, and you are, in my opinion, the nicest character of them all!

Just in case you don't know, I love bunnies! Especially in cartoons. Cuddles is no exception. He is super adorable. He also deserves attention too. So underrated.

He's really cute, and he's always happy and motivated to have fun. I also think it's cute when he wants to hang out with Flaky, and he tries to motivate her because she's afraid.

He reminds me of SpongeBob. Both are happy, naive, and yellow, with red cheeks and big smiles.

In my opinion, he deserves a higher ranking. He is just so cute (besides Cub). I also really like his personality.

I don't like pirates, but Russell is different, and I love him.

Seriously?! Number 13?! You goofballs, he should be Number 1!

Both Lifty and Shifty are my favorite characters, but I would have to say I like Lifty a bit more, to be honest. Lifty is just the smarter and frankly funnier character in my opinion.

I also love how he's with his brother through thick and thin. There's no stopping Lifty from always having his brother's back, even though Shifty has betrayed him on multiple occasions. Lifty is an amazing yet evil character in my eyes. He definitely has my vote as the best of the Happy Tree Friends characters!

Lifty was always my personal favorite character of the show. When I was going through some rough patches in my life (my girlfriend left me at the time, and I was still living with my parents), I turned back to Happy Tree Friends as a source to escape from reality. Lifty changed me. I hope he revives you too.

I don't know why, but Sniffles is one of my favorites. It's a pity he dies in 13 of the 59 episodes he appears in. While keeping his innocence, he still has the 4th highest kill count, with 111 official kills.

This record is only exceeded by Lumpy (350 confirmed kills), Pop (157 confirmed kills), and Flippy/Fliqpy (141 confirmed kills).

I don't have that much to say about him other than I find him enjoyable. I also feel sorry for him, especially since he has been killed sadistically by the ants. Also, underrated!

She is so, so cute, and it's funny how she mistakes Petunia's eye for a lemon in Eyes Cold Lemonade.

Giggles has a really cute, girly personality (maybe it's cliché, but I like these types of characters). She doesn't deserve the hate she gets.

Wish she had more episodes. She's cute, and I would like to see more of her and Mr. Pickles, as they have done basically nothing since "Royal Flush."

She's friends with a pickle who likes to murder the other characters like Fliqpy. How cool.

I wish there were more episodes with Lammy in them.

He always goes on his knees after Cub dies, shouts "NOO!" and cries. Pop is so cute and is really funny because Cub always dies but Pop usually doesn't.

Pop may be the worst parent of all time, but he tries his very best to protect Cub. Also, he even gets really sad if Cub dies.

Pop is a cute and lovable character, most likely because of his relationship with his son.

She isn't as beautiful as Flaky but is probably my second or third favorite character in the series. Just like Flaky, she dies way too much, and I feel sorry for her.

Great character, but a little boring. I do love her death, though, in "Wishy Washy." In my opinion, it is the hardest death to watch!

Petunia is so cute and nice! She never argues with anyone and is always willing to help!

Why #16? Who cares about Toothy having personality or not? He is amazing. I like him. He is Cuddles' best friend. He kills very much.

He may not have as much personality and be unlucky, but he is very lovable and cute.

Toothy just needs a push in the right direction to gain development.

Shifty is an adorable jerk. He's not the best brother, but he does look out for Lifty. His tendency to kill his brother is what makes him funny.

Okay, here's a headcanon: The HTFs know they'll come back if they die, which is why Shifty always abandons his brother. I don't think he would if deaths were permanent.

Shifty is ok. I like how in one episode Shifty and Lifty try to bribe Nutty with video games or candy.

To be honest, this guy is the character in HTF that made me laugh the most. Not just when he unintentionally kills someone, but in other cases as well, like when he handcuffed and pepper-sprayed a vending machine and closed the window of his car when he got cold (even though the car's roof was gone).

For me, Mole is a really unique and cool character, even becoming a secret agent while being blind. Finally, his personality. Despite having killed almost everyone in HTF, he's still a very nice character, even bringing his date (supposed to be Giggles but mistakenly Lumpy instead) to very nice places.

I like his superpowers and his design.

I'm not a fan of Superman, but Splendid is another story.

He makes one fabulous character. That ain't no lie. My only concern is, why do people hate him so much? He needs more love.

He should be in the top 3 or even the top 2!

To be honest, Disco Bear is a really cool character. When he cried in one of his episodes, I kind of cried.

In my opinion, he's like BB from FNaF. The fandom wants to hate somebody. They need a scapegoat. They find Disco Bear.

He is kind of cool and handsome. Another choice!

This is technically Flippy. I just call him flipped-out Flippy.
