Top 10 Most Terrifying Looking Cartoon Characters

The Top Ten
1 The Cat - Marvelous Misadventures of FlapJack

This show in general was very dark for Cartoon Network standards, and I actually liked it in a way before, of course, the program fell off the verge of decline for me, anyways. This was the last episode, and oh my god, what a scary way to end the show with a cat with pitch-black eyes staring at you. To me, it's the most disturbing of all things I have seen on this show.

The freakiest. Halloween is in two weeks, and this is going to be a good character to dress up as to go trick or treating.

2 The Blue CGI Thing - Courage The Cowardly Dog

The entire episode was literally normal, but like the Flapjack episode, this infamous Courage finale was one many remember as we get 5 dreams, and this was one of the first ones to appear. What the "hell" is that thing - a fetus, a deformed brain? Even more disturbing is the fact it says in a low pitch demonic tone voice, "You're not perfect."

I don't think this was so much a villain as Courage's inner mind trying to remind him it's okay to be imperfect. After all, the creature is a broken trumpet. It's not perfect either.

3 Him - PowerPuff Girls
4 Cat's Flesh in Teeth for Two - Catdog

This one is downright sick, and the fact the show jumped the shark with this all over not brushing your teeth is just something nobody wants to think in the back of their mind. I mean the fact he somehow slithers far enough for the second layer of skin to make Dog forcibly brush in his sleep is like, What the heck?

5 Baxter Stockman's Deformed Green Body - 2003's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Literally, this is more imagery horror than anything. The fact that the experiment failed horrifyingly as he slowly turned more mutant and slowly gets more insane is terrifying. This picture helps signify exactly what would result in nightmare fuel.

6 Billy's Eyes In My Peeps - The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy

While the episode was not incredibly disturbing, just the premise is unsettling. Billy plays too many video games and destroys his own eyes. This resulted in many methods to cure Billy's eyes. In the end, these eyes appear humanly scary as it ends, giving kids everywhere a hard night to sleep with eyes like that inserted on a cartoon character.

7 Hexadecimal - ReBoot
8 Celestia - My Little Pony

The show was never this dark, but when episode 5 hit, oh man, did it get dark. The mascot is real and attacks everyone, almost suffocating them all while serving fries.
