Worst Teen Titans Go Episodes

The Top Ten
The Return of Slade

I'm 20 years old, and I still like cartoons. And you know what that's okay. And you want to know we hang on to are childhoods? It's because of how timeless it is, from what we were to what we grown up to it's the basic of who we are, and what we are now. The cartoons we grew up with shaped us up to what we are today, and when we're old and grown up we still look back at them and Remember them for all the fun we had with them. And For that matter Gumball is one of those shows that are current, but show that they put effort into something that can be enjoyed by adults as much as children. And is for you your just a cartoon that thinks we know what we like, but you go and mock us like you always do. So the sake of you and the rest of us go die now.

Boys vs. Girls

This is the epitome of every "feminism episode" of a kid show, ever made. It seems that a children's show can not simply do a nice episode about women's rights, without using it to take shots at men. This has been going on for generation of television and this episode takes all the worst cliches and tropes from episodes with those themes and combining into "Boys vs. Girls". Everything from the boys being gross and stupid, to the girls being successful at everything is cranked up to 11 and finished off, with a speech from Robin, admitting that girls are better than boys, because they're smarter, stronger, more mature, etc.

It's amazing how whenever feminism is discussed in kids T.V. shows, the "issues that girls face in society" are always extremely archaic stereotypes that haven't been around, since the 1960's. At no point in the 2000's have I ever heard of it being "common knowledge" for men to be stronger than women, for men to be better at math than women, or for men to be more competent than women in any way. There is no meaningful goal to be achieved, by teaching kids about this.

Sure, it's unfair to say that this teaches kids misandry. With a show as forgettable as TTG, it's unlikely kids will take anything away from it for longer than a week, but this episode neatly preserves the attack of third-wave feminism, on cartoons in a way that truly shows it all. By the way, they don't stop here. They also made a two-part special, "Operation Dude Rescue", which was just more blatant hammering in "Girls are better than boys" into the minds of the few children who actually learn from this show.

Waffles

Although this episode is kinda better than The Return of Slade, it's plagued with a lot of other problems. The actual song is still terrible, the characters still remain blank and vacuous, the story is barely a story at all, and the villain is one of the worst I've ever seen in my life, period. I've come to realize that the only reason the main characters seem dumb is because they make the song much, much stupider so that they look dumb by comparison. People complain about the original show's quick villain redemptions, and yet they never bring up this redemption, which literally happens in the span of about two minutes.

The True Meaning of Christmas

Once again, we have an episode where the Teen Titans do all sorts of awful things but get away with it anyways, despite being SUPERHEROES. This episode tops of them having little to no concern about civilian safety, spending only 3% of their time fighting crime and beating up innocent creatures/super-villains who weren't even doing anything wrong. I'm surprised they haven't been kicked out of Jump City yet.

I understand that TTG's target audience often overlooks stuff like this, but if the writers continue to go down this path, eventually children will notice all the crap the Teen Titans are doing and see who they truly are.

After all, nobody likes a bully, much less rooting for one (or five in this case).

Squash and Stretch

This episode was bad, in addition to the other ones as well. The Toddler Titans get all mad and throw tantrums, all just because a squirrel snatched their bowl of nuts. Wow, really? Squirrels love nuts, so what's the big deal? You guys could have just went inside and got some more. But, no. You decided to come up with these dumb plans of killing the squirrel. I did not like the cartoony one, since it ripped off Looney Tunes. The action/anime one was not good either, mainly due to the dialogues. Also, the title of the episode itself was stupid. "Squash and Stretch"?

I'd actually like to "Squash and Stretch" all of ya'll for being terrible superheroes

Let's Get Serious

The episode made being serious s joke. The "serious" faces were just plain disturbing. Brooding, going to pieces over worthless things and arguing all the time does not make a person more serious. It makes them childish. The original T.T. barely included any of the above and yet it is still a more serious show, with better jokes! Seriously, not every second joke has to be about a fart or burp. Within every episode you are almost certain to get an eyeful of one of the characters shaking their butts in the camera, someone farting or burping, or some other un-funny action these people believe is comedy.

Friendship

Raven not only needs to learn act like a real goth, but she also needs to learn to act like GOD DANG ADULT! I really wanted to punch her in the face when she wouldn't stop talking about that stupid friendship crap. I also wanted to beat the living crap out of those stupid ponies (especially the one that sounds like Twilight Sparkle because she's the worst pony) for acting retarded and annoying! I also wanted to beat up the writers for killing comedy and Tara Strong for not only performing annoying voices over and over again, but for also allowing the writers to turn her ONLY tolerable character into a retarded, unlikable, selfish, annoying idiot (just like her)!

The Fourth Wall

The most vile and mean episode of the show in some time. In this episode, the writers thought to themselves to create an entire episode blatantly making fun of the haters of the show instead of creating a funny or innovative plot. So, as a result, we get tons of unnecessary fart jokes, jabs at other much better shows, and an obnoxious villain. The episode felt much more like the creators whining at us to stop hating the show than an actual, cohesive plot.

This is the worst episode of the entire show. Yes, worst than The Return of Slade & Let's Get Serious. It's terrible, the people explain every detail of what's wrong this show, & yet they aren't gonna do jack about it. Just like Mr.Enter says: "What I'm doing is wrong, I know it's wrong, but I'm gonna do it anyways". The show will continue to get worse in the future. The writers will never learn anything. They're gonna continue to make it worse.

Staring at the Future

When it comes to time travel, people are not supposed to respond like CY and BB did in this episode. Most cartoons would try to tell kids that they need to learn to become responsible for the future, but the TTG writers said "flip responsibilities! Let's encrage kids otherwise and that they should never become responsible and always goof off and be sloths for their entire lives. CY and BB are especially childish in this episode. A child that was born 2 seconds ago is more mature than both them combined. Where were these writers raised? I bet they were born in prison.

Batman V Teen Titans: Dark Injustice

I thought this would be a Titans vs Batman episode, but NOPE! Its about the titans hurting each other. I was SO confused that I thought the creators accidently out in a new episodeinstead of a batman battle. But this wasn't a mistake, it's real, this is the actual episode. I thought 'Hmm... I think someone accidently switched this april fools episode with a batman battle.' but that wasn't the case. It's not the worst... but it's not good.

I thought those idiots were going to attack batman for no reason. I knew it would suck, but it was WORSE than I thought it would be. The titans prank (not rly) each other aka getting mauled by werewolves getting beaten (by someone who always beats u) and crushing some ones spirit. And then there was the ending... I am not even going to spoil it...

The Newcomers

? Baby Mouth

It is very racist to Babylon, a country that no longer exists and they portray the Babylonians as baby people with stupid, uncreative names (e.g., this guy is named Baby Eyes because he has eyes that disproportionately small to the rest of his body). They also suddenly make Robin Babylonian and the Babylonians use the Titans for world domination. The ending is dark and beyond cruel because the Babylonians age regress the world's entire population into infants (except for themselves for obvious reasons) so they're essentially committing genocide because babies can't care for themselves. Earth's population will just literally rot away due to severe neglect because nobody is there to care for them.

? Huggbees

This episode is basically bashing all of classic Warner Bros cartoon back in the 90s. Don't get me started that Raven said that line to Loonatics Unleashed at the start of the episode. I would rather watch LU than this dumpster fire. Only good thing about this episode is Frekazoid

They honestly ruined Freakazoid in that one, come to think of it, I have never heard of him until one of my friends felt nostalgic and showed me YouTube clips. Now, all I see is G-Rated Deadpool, TTG! should've never touched Freakazoid they basically ruined a cartoon superhero who prepares kids for Deadpool when they grow up!

The Contenders
Hot Garbage

Ok this disgusting episode is about compulsive hoarding. If anyone has seen those types of shows on T.V., they will know that is horrible, and not a joke as this episode says it is. by the way Beast boy may have had an untidy room in the 2003 show, but this is just blown out of proportion, and he is not damn stupid.

That's right kiddies. Hoarding is no big deal, despite causing isolation and anxiety.

Calling garbage hot is just weird. That gross

Two-Parter

Are we going to talk about how lazy the episode title is? It's very lazy! It sounds like it never got past the episode naming process. Like, I heard that when episodes are in the earliest stages of development, the writers have an idea for the synopsis but they are not sure what to call it so it just gets a placeholder and they're normally simple, like, "episode 123", "half hour special", "X finds a magic apple and learns more about himself", etc. It's like the episode never went past that stage and they kept the placeholder title and didn't give it an actual name. The worst episode title of them all and it's VERY VERY lazy, there's no excuse for that!

Smile Bones

This episode of Teen Titans Go! is seriously twisted and demented. This episode is pure disgust and offensive to me and Teen Titans fans. This show teaches kids to not use their teeth when eating. I don't know if the producers want to kill their fanbase, promote a nasty obsession some people have, or both. I don't know what kind of drug these people were on when they created this monstrosity but I want it destroyed. This episode and many many more TTG! episodes are proof that Dragon Ball Evolution, Dragon Ball GT, and the Super Mario Bros. Movie COMBINED is better entertainment that this liquid animated piece of crap!

Gorilla

Winston from Overwatch would agree when I say TTG sucks. This episode is just robin torture and beast boy acting like a prick because he can turn into an "Alpha male Silverback gorilla" and thinking because of that he can treat Robin poorly, although robin is still a jerk.

Robin should have shot Beast Boy as if he were Harambe. Also Beast Boy was overly cruel in this episode.

My cousin watched this episode and then started to act like a gorilla.

The Dignity of Teeth

This is the worst episode of Teen Titans Go! I have ever seen in my life! Who the hell makes up jokes about a person knocking another person's teeth out? Obviously, nobody!

At first, Raven thought that eating teeth was very gross. But after taking a bite of only one tooth, she starts to stuff most of them in her mouth. Then, she goes on a tooth-eating binge. I bet she would want to throw up after eating all those

This is even worse than Smile Bones.

They showed the Tooth Fairy eating teeth, and it wasn't funny. They showed the Tooth Fairy eating teeth a few more times, and it STILL wasn't funny.

These writers don't realize that a bad joke is STILL a bad joke, no matter how many times you repeat it, EVEN if you're trying to appeal to kids.

Kicking a Ball and Pretending to be Hurt.

In elementary school, one of my friends got hurt from playing kickball. I just started my Sophomore year in high school and yet I find this episode to be downright revolting. I hate this episode, because it tells us how the Titans are criticizing everything about soccer and other sports

In this episode the Titans act like total rotten jerks as they abuse their opponents and just display the same old despicable behaviour that I've come to hate them for. They can't seem enjoy ANYTHING without being complete dirtbags about it.

Hey You, Don't Forget about Me in Your Memory

This episode should practically be in the top 10, not a newcomer. Robin starts to crane kick everyone like heck. He crane kicks Beast Boy for wanting to hang out with Cyborg! Then he gets everyone in detention and expelled! :O Why is Robin now a "bad boy"? He still crane kicks! This episode is stupid. No more "Stop Bullying, Speak Up" and say hello to "Start Bullying, Be a Bystander! " And I give Robin a giant BOOO!

Cartoon Network has a program called "Stop Bullying, Speak Up". The irony is that they have an episode like this where Robin bullies everyone and gets them kicked out of the school. It should've been Robin getting kicked out due to him hurting people for no reason! And he thinks that he should be the student body president? Look at how awful he behaves!

Oil Drums

In this episode they teach kids that T.V. is good for your brain 100% wrong they're just trying to get kids to watch more of their episodes

I'm not sure whether I should be bored or annoyed when I watch this episode.

They just ripped of my favorite sitcom Alf what monsters!

Burger vs Burrito

UGH! Why did it have to go into a full out food war, couldn't they accept each others opinions and maybe try each others food? Oh right, this is TTG, there is no logic.

It teaches kids to say that one food is better than the other and to have a fight over which food is better.

Competition of food? Really? Couldn't they say... (Hey bro wanna try my Burger/Burrito?) instead of making a cringy feud about fast food? Jesus, this episode encourages our kids to fight over one another. This episode makes me want to leave myself a big blue bruise from a big whopping face palm.

The Hive Five

The Hive Five are the only Likeable characters in Teen Titans Go!, they do deserve a relaxed, peaceful day. The Titans have to ruin everything and they were so out of character. Cyborg was an annoying jerk, in the original he would've left See-More alone and happy. Starfire was a selfish jerk, in the original she would've let Jinx have the cat because Starfire is NICE! Beast Boy was a competitive jerk that only wanted the spotlight, in the original Beast Boy would've probably cheered for Mammoth or dance WITH him. Raven was a complete villain, in the original she would've just left Billy alone and not get angry. Robin as usual was a complete jerk, in the original he would have listened to Gizmo and understood him. This was just terrible.

Think About Your Future

NO! You haft to live life to the fullest not the shortest! And Raven was right befor but than all of a sudden she says " guys! I was wrong, were young, we should be making the worst decisions ever." what Raven what!?

Who could forget, "Oh, you know this looks good." No, we don't. Again, why are they trying to sexualize *cough cough* Raven *cough cough* like that?

The opposite would actually be "live your life to the emptyest". In other words, get rid of all meaning in your life.

Second Christmas

This episode ripped off gumball. Why do that you might ask? Well, gumball is liked by 95% of people who watch it and Teen Titans just decided to be itself. Here's the truth, Second Christmas was just made to fool Starfire in the end she punches Robin for, get this, telling her the truth and being "the grouch" to be honest I was done at the Dignity of Teeth, let's get serious and Return of Slade. Drop the mic, we want to see you in the show killing the Titans and bringing back the old ones Slade. Peace

The only part I liked was when Starfire was beating the living crap out of the other Titans (it's like she also can't stand them).

Arms Race with Legs

What's worse about this about episode is that it's just like the same as the previous leg-themed episodes.

Raven dresses in an ugly outfit, she doesn't act like a real goth (you probably know that already), she shoves her hideous legs in everyone's faces for an uncomfortable amounts of close ups, she acts nothing like a goth, she never shuts the heck up about how their "so special," and, to top it all off, her ugly legs get muscles that also get uncomfortable amounts of close ups.

Why? Just...WHY?!? Why do we need a third one of these?!? Someone please make some hate art of Raven dressed as Lady Dumbass getting killed or brutally mauled by a much better cartoon character!

The Cape

This is just a dubbed version of the first Teen Titans episode. How lazy is that? Not only that, but it's an insult to the original show. This is an under-hated episode.

The most despicable Teen Titans go episode ever, it is a huge middle finger to everyone who likes the original Teen Titans.

I hate how they just made some stupid rip-off and replaced it. But the good thing is that they put it in teen titans animation, other than that garbage animation in TTG

No Powers

This is one of the episodes where all of the Titans were completely unlikable. Robin was incredibly selfish and the other Titans were incredibly lazy. This has to be one of the most dysfunctional superhero teams I have ever seen. Why haven't they disbanded yet?

The other Titans used their powers in the kitchen during their bet so the rest of the episode was pretty much pointless...

I do like this episode but the part where Robin had the other Titans risk their lives for his pleasure was so un-needed.
