Obito Uchiha was a member of Team Minato and played a crucial role in the Fourth Great Ninja War. He was instrumental in orchestrating many events under the guise of Madara Uchiha. Not a typical emo-Uchiha. Not imbalanced, and has the best character development and interesting storyline. A very complex and multifaceted character (Obito Uchiha, Tobi, and Madara Uchiha). Definitely my favorite.
Madara Uchiha was one of the founders of Konohagakure and the Uchiha clan's most powerful leader. He played a central role in many of the conflicts throughout the series, including the Fourth Great Ninja War. He nearly took over the shinobi world, defeated the Kages of that time, and fought the shinobi alliance - again defeating them.
He is perfect, my ideal.
He's the brother of Madara. Without him, Madara wouldn't have yielded the best of the Sharingan.
Shisui Uchiha was renowned for his mastery of the Sharingan and his close friendship with Itachi. He possessed the powerful Kotoamatsukami technique, known for its unparalleled genjutsu abilities. He is one of the few kindest Uchihas.
Itachi Uchiha was a prodigy of the Uchiha clan and played a complex role as both a hero and antagonist. He was responsible for the massacre of his clan to prevent a coup but did so under Konoha's orders. My favorite! He's a loving brother and also understood Naruto well. Too bad he became weak and died of a terminal illness while Sasuke tried to kill him. I wish someone had used medical ninjutsu. Cute.
Probably the best anime character ever written. Itachi deserves the number 1 spot in every list in which he is relevant.

Sasuke Uchiha is the last surviving member of the Uchiha clan after the massacre and younger brother of Itachi. He seeks revenge for his clan's destruction and plays a pivotal role throughout the series. Seriously, Sasuke should have been number one. One of the best and hottest characters in Naruto.
