For most of the series, Hibari is portrayed as an anti-hero, taking little to no interest in the events surrounding the main protagonist, Tsuna Sawada. He is introduced as the leader of the Disciplinary Committee at Tsuna's school, Namimori High. Despite his status, he is a delinquent who uses violence to create his own form of order in the school and enforces it throughout certain parts of Namimori town.

Hibari is the best character in Reborn. He's awesome and cool. Everything about him spells amazing. Kyouya is the strongest and best guardian for the Vongola, and he totally kicks ass.

It is just as they said. Tsuna is an ordinary boy with a very down-to-earth view of life. He is nothing like a traditional hero, yet he is the most extraordinary one with a pure (and not annoying) heart!
No matter how scared he is, he won't give up as long as it's to protect the ones he loves. That conviction, for me, makes him the most endearing character!
Plus, he is constantly evolving throughout the series, making it interesting to watch.

Loads of character growth throughout the series. Although unsure of what to do in some situations, he can get through lots of problems with a little help from his friends and Dying Will Pills. He has this amazing form in his Hyper Dying Will Mode that makes his eyes glow orange with kickass fire powers and a cool persona to go with it. What's not to like?
Hayato Gokudera

He's really funny after being saved by Tsuna, and he goes all "man crush" on him too. He's also really attractive, especially in his TYL (Ten Years Later) version! Who can resist him, really?
From his character, you can tell that he is passionate about many things and cares for everyone he knows despite his tough personality. Many people like him for being mysterious yet approachable. Additionally, he is a genius and really good at playing the piano!

Gokudera has one of the most detailed background stories, and after learning all that about him, I understand why he can be such a jerk sometimes. But he can be really lovely if he wants to be. I like his intelligence and subtle quirkiness. The fact that he likes cats is also a huge plus for me. Storm is just the best.
Takeshi Yamamoto

One of the best anime characters here. Yamamoto has a kind, easy-going personality. Everyone loves his attitude. He doesn't have any bad characteristics, and his positive thinking is number one!
However, he doesn't seem too smart, though he's full of luck and instincts. His personality is most similar to a normal person in the real world, which makes me want to have his attitude, an attitude that everybody wants to have.

This guy is underrated. It's great how he isn't too giddy and happy, but he isn't too serious either. Moreover, he has an admirable fighting style.
Reborn

Reborn is a mysterious character, and his full potential is still unknown. Among the seven Arcobaleno (also known as the strongest seven), he is the strongest. Even before the seven became infants and could use their full power, Lal Mirch stated that Reborn far exceeds the other six. Also, in the latest chapter, it is revealed that Reborn is serious about being Tsuna's tutor and doesn't really care about regaining his original form.

He is the strongest, most mysterious character, and obviously the coolest one. His sense of humor, habits, love for cosplay, and style far exceed the others.
Chrome Dokuro

Chrome-chan is very cute and strong. She is so awesome! My favorite character!
Mukuro Rokudo

The only character with a calm and awesome personality and storyline. The one who supports the Vongola without getting involved with the mafia. The one who gives all his support to Tsuna without showing it in front of others... The Guardian of the Mist, Rokudou Mukuro.

Mukuro is a very unique villain. He has a surprisingly heroic side (he hates the mafia for using him and his friends as experiments) and is a very funny character to boot. His pineapple hair is always made fun of, and not many shounen antagonists get to be comic relief. I also like his character design in the manga.

She's so cute and always tries to keep Lambo out of trouble, which is very mature and fun to watch. Plus, she has the cutest voice ever - a carefree girl who doesn't get in the way of everyone else!

She's cute, adorable, and strong. When I watched her fight, she was so awesome! Her adult version is really, really pretty.
Fran

An awesome emo guy! He is just epic when it comes to mocking others. Also, he's really handsome!

Believe me, you can really love the way he sometimes acts like an idiot.

Belphegor is a sadist. He is cool, and I like his twisted mind. His smile is crazy too, but in a cute way.

Lambo is cute and tough! People say he's weak because they just judge him by his persona, not his power. And he's really funny!

He is hilarious and adorable! Not to mention how ballin' he becomes in 20 years!

Child Lambo is the worst thing ever. But 15 and 25-year-old Lambo are really awesome.

He is a man with huge life passion. It's clear that Ryohei should be the strongest Guardian in Vongola. I mean, his fists, bro! There's no medicine to lower his strength! Laugh out loud.
He is the person besides Yamamoto who gave me a lot of moral values like "passion," "spirit," "easy-going," etc. I like this guy very much! KYOKUGEN!

The bright sun that shines light upon the great sky. That's just how he is, always protecting his friends and his sister. He crushes all adversities that go against the family.

Stylish, upbeat girl! It's kinda sad that even though she's involved with the Mafia, she doesn't have strong abilities, besides being good athletically, to shine on the battlefield.

Haru is underrated, and she should be treated just as well as Kyoko. I also love her little rants with Gokudera. She's a very realistic character, unlike some others.

Very unique and fun personality! Better her as Tsuna's wife than Kyoko.
Lal Mirch

There's no way Haru is a more popular character than Lal Mirch. It's impossible! I'm sure a lot of people agree with me on this. Haru is so annoying. Lal Mirch doesn't deserve to be so low on this list and definitely shouldn't be below Haru or Lambo.

Lal Mirch is so awesome. I was surprised she wasn't even on the list. Quite a lot of awesome characters weren't. They are so low because they were recently added. I'm sure they will get higher rankings with time.

She's amazing! I just love her character design. It's what got me back into watching Hitman Reborn.
