Not every Asian is Chinese. Koreans and Japanese have distinctly different cultures. For example, the Japanese have different arts than Koreans or Chinese, including kabuki theater, Noh Drama, the code of Bushido, etc.

Come on! Some Asians have lived in an English speaking nation (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand) for their whole lives, studying English.

This would be a bad thing to say to anyone from a non-English speaking country.

They might not know how to perform them

It's true in some cases (there's some sort of "Asian clique" at school, according to people in those groups), but not always.
