121 Dream Evil

A Very Underrated Band. Listen to "Immortal".

122 Soulfly

So many good albums, lots of great tunes that match even the Sepultura era. Not many guys can keep the level Max has decade after decade!

why wernt megadeth on here before? system has failed? united abominations? endgame?! these are all awesome but no, you have to note death magnetic or some other modern comeback. - lezakattack

Megadeth is the band with the best releases in 2000,
Almost every release is over the top. But Paradise lost are there too.

Megadeth should be in the top five. Youthanasia, endgame and the system has failed are instant classics.

In the fued between Metallica and Megadeth, in the long run, Megadeth has released far more superior albums in the 2000's, Metallica's flame has burnt out and Megadeth are continually releasing solid albums, song writing is awesome and they haven't compromised who they are and haven't used some "we write what we want to write" crap explanation for being unable to play as fast as they used to, the Dave's and Co. are true musicians. Megadeth is fantastic and I am damn proud to be a fan.

1980's - Tie
1990's - Tie
2000s' - Megadeth
2010's - Megadeth.

"You've been great! I've been Dave! " - Dave Mustaine after every show.

126 X-Japan

Well they kind of disbanded in the 90's after Hide's death if I'm not mistaken but recently got back together. Their album Blue Blood is amazing. I don't speak Japanese, and I listen to that album all the time, it's really something. They certainly deserve their spot on your ipod.
