Top Choices for Guest Fighters in Future Mortal Kombat Games

Guest fighters, especially horror characters are a staple since MK9 in 2011. I know guest fighters can be a crutch but an experiment.

He should never be DLC for MK11 as he is not interesting to play as. Also how would he narrate his ending in MK11 if he doesn't speak?
