Best Nickelodeon Shows That Were Cancelled

Back then, Nickelodeon used to e great, but then when Cyma Zarghami became president, and when Stephen Hillenburg retired from SpongeBob after its first movie, it all went downhill with cr@ppy shows.
And many of the good ones got cancelled, this is about cancelled shows, not shows that ended their full run.
The Top Ten
1 Invader Zim Invader Zim is an American animated television series created by Jhonen Vasquez for Nickelodeon. The series centers on an extraterrestrial named Zim from the planet Irk, and his mission to conquer Earth and enslave the human race along with his malfunctioning robot servant GIR.

Invader Zim was without a doubt one of the best shows Nickelodeon has ever made, it had a variety of stuff that kept us glued, it was action packed, it contained so much drama as well, and it even had emotions and lessons, it was full of comedy too, we know it was too dark and scary for kids, but it was so great to watch, and we were hoping for a movie, but then not long after it started, it got cancelled.

Yet ever since its cancellation, fans were signing a petition to Nickelodeon to bring Invader Zim back, yet it made a cultural impact on Nickelodeon since that day, but Nickelodeon decided not to revive it, yet it was said that it got cancelled because of issues, such as low ratings and that it didn't fit with the target audience.

They have Invader Zim merchandise at Hot Topic! How does Nickelodeon not see that Invader Zim was actually a great show?!

2 Danny Phantom Danny Phantom is an American animated series created by Butch Hartman for Nickelodeon. It was produced by Billionfold Studios and distributed in Canada by Nelvana, a Canadian animation company. The series follows a teenage boy who, after an accident with an unpredictable portal between the human world and the "Ghost Zone", becomes a human-ghost hybrid and takes on the task of saving his town (and the world) from subsequent ghost attacks using an evolving variety of supernatural powers. He is aided in his quest by his two best friends, and later, his older sister, who for most of the series' run are among the only people who know of his double life.

Danny Phantom was such a good show, it was very awesome and funny, but sadly got cancelled, fans were begging Nickelodeon to bring it back, but Nickelodeon decided not to, it's just so awful that Nickelodeon doesn't care about what they say and that they want to keep on doing what they want to do, they want money and not stuff for their fans.

At least it never went downhill like The Fairly OddParents did.

So good! I loved almost every episode!

3 Rugrats Rugrats is an American animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó and Paul Germain for Nickelodeon.

It was one of the best shows on Nickelodeon, but ever since SpongeBob aired and when it outbeat Rugrats in popularity, it got cancelled, it was such a great show, but now we have SpongeBob, and SpongeBob was so great until after the first movie, but thankfully got great again.

4 Rocko's Modern Life Rocko's Modern Life is an American animated television series created by Joe Murray for Nickelodeon. The series centers on the surreal life of an anthropomorphic Australian-immigrant wallaby named Rocko as well as his friends: the gluttonous steer Heffer, the neurotic turtle Filburt, and Rocko's faithful dog Spunky.

Once again, Nickelodeon made a great show for people, it was another grown up show, and it had sexual content, but it was funny and filled with awesome moments you would never get tired of, but it shamefully got cancelled as it didn't fit with Nickelodeon's target audience, and yet John Kricfalusi got fired by Nickelodeon, which was shameful, it wasn't safe to watch, but it was entertainin.

5 The Ren & Stimpy Show The Ren & Stimpy Show, often simply referred to as Ren & Stimpy, is an American animated television series created by John Kricfalusi for Nickelodeon.

Ren & Stimpy was one of the best things ever made by Nickelodeon, we know it was too gross and inapproriate for children, it was for teens, but it was so great and it had awesome moments and it was very funny and entertaining, we got a good laugh about it and enjoyed it so much, no wonder it was so important for Nickelodeon, but when it got cancelled, people were complaining about wanting to see it again, they said that if it kept running it would make more good episodes, it did come back on Spike as "Ren and Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon", but it was nothing like the original, it was boring, stupid and more inappropriate than the original show "Ren & Stimpy", it was horrible.

6 The Brothers Flub The Brothers Flub is an animated television series produced by Sunbow Entertainment and co-produced by Ravensburger.

The series was produced by Tollin/Robbins Productions (later Schneider's Bakery during the final season). The pilot episode was originally shown as a special "sneak peek", with the show officially debuting a regular series on December 24, 1994.

All That was a variety sketch franchise, it was even the best sketch show anyone could ever watch, it was filled with comedy, jokes, stunts, and other forms of entertainment, it made everyone laugh and smile, it was so funny you could never leave the T.V. or PC, unfortunately, it got cancelled, but when it first revived, it got a new cast, which deteriorated the charm of the show, but then later on, it was permanently cancelled, and it got a sad announcement on the end, they decided to stop in the middle of more things.

10 What Would You Do?

Amanda used to be a great girl, and her show was so funny and had such great sketches and skits, but unfortunately it got cancelled, and worse, Amanda Bynes got into a hate meltdown and suffered drug addiction, it was great and then the catastrophe happened.

14 House of Anubis House of Anubis is a mystery television series developed for Nickelodeon based on the Dutch-Belgian television series Het Huis Anubis.

House of Anubis was one of the greatest modern shows on Nickelodeon, it had mystery and it was the first daily show on Nickelodeon, each season and episode left us entertained, spellbound and on a cliffhanger after each episode, but tragically, after Season 3, it got cancelled, people were crying when it got cancelled, it was said that it got low ratings, but also Nickelodeon has gotten so desperate lately that they don't care about their fans anymore.

The pilot episode aired on September 7, 2003, without many of the current version's main characters, and it was ordered to series by Nickelodeon in early 2004. The one-hour series finale aired on June 8, 2007.

It was one of the best live action shows on Nick, it was funny too, but sadly after it's first movie length episode, it got cancelled, there should've been a graduation episode, and there could've been a spinoff called Ned's Declassified High School Survival Guide, but the actors decided to move on to other things.

Cookie decided to be in Zeke and Luther, on Disney, and the others just simply gave up, that show got cancelled too.

It's getting a new movie in 2017 this year. But to be honest, it looks like it's going to suck

It was a great show, it's sad to see it actually End, if you know what I mean.

21 The Legend of Korra The Legend of Korra is an American animated television series that aired on the Nickelodeon television network from 2012 to 2014. It was created by Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino as a sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender.

It got low ratings initially being the reason why, but the bad shows got low ratings and are renewed for more seasons, so it shows you that it was Viacom's fault for being so arrogant and cancelling the good shows.

The series revolves around aspiring singer Tori Vega, a teenager who attends a performing arts high school called Hollywood Arts High School, after taking her older sister Trina's place in a showcase while getting into screwball situations on a daily and more and more adventures. Tori Vega is played by actress Victoria Justice.

Not a good show, but we can see why it got cancelled, the actors and actresses wanted to leave a few episodes before it would end.

The series centers on Bessie Higgenbottom, an ambitious Honeybee girl scout who believes she will become The Mighty B (a superhero) if she collects every Honeybee badge.

That show was HORRIBLE! It was the first gross cartoon, and it sucked, it led to the downfall of cartoons, starting Fanboy & Chum Chum, Planet Sheen, Back at the Barnyard, Rocket Monkeys, Sanjay and Craig, Breadwinners and Pig Goat Banana Cricket.
