I have played both uncharted and The Last of Us and in my opinion The Last of Us is more superior in many categories such as characters. In my mind I Think Joel is the best ps3 character of all time.

Joel puts his life on the line time and time again. He is a nut I would like to crack. So stoic and reserved, I'd love to hear him talk about his life. His voice is smooth as silk.
