61 Refused

The fact that The "Refused" aren't even on this list means that none of you know what punk even is. Half these bands arent even close to punk music. Some of its emo...

The refused are a hardcore punk band which is really what a lot of the best punk bands are. Even hardcore today isn't punk anymore, its become metalcore.

The shape of punk to come! Way ahead of it's time!

They changed Punk forever!

68 Strung Out

I can only say I love this band, they are great, none of their songs say the truth about modern life, how our own society is starting to make us worst persons, everyone should listen to them, their songs are always the best way to begin the day for me :3

Just saw Strung Out live at my local pub 2 months ago. They always amaze me. Every guy in the band is awesome at playing their instrument. I am a drummer I have been playing since I was 5 I am now 43. I played drums in two of Melbourne Australia's best punk bands and was endorsed by SONOR Drums. But Jordan is and always be my drumming hero. Although I was a little disappointed after talking with him to find out he uses a double kick pedal. But to me he is still the King! - Parklink

Really? This band is more talented then all the other bands put together. Been listening to them for about fifteen years and still not even one mediocre song!

69 Millencolin

Just tell me why the heck Millencolin is at 89 place!? It created punk music and skate culture! This band should be at least in to 10! Guys come on!

No way they deserve to be here when Blink 182 is second. No way at all!

The first punk band I ever got into and they're still my favorite

They remind me of snow boarding for some reason. - Parklink

71 The Cramps

Their is only one "true" "punk" band and they are know as "tHe CrAmPs"! They will forever be the beginning and the end for the genre. Depending upon your perspective, the punk movement represented everything The Cramps played.

Not so much punk as they are old school Rockabilly

74 Sham 69

Like Angelic Upstarts, UK Subs, The Adverts, 999, etc., all those '76/'77 British Punk Bands deserve to be in the Top 30 (at least! ); never mind all the Pseudo-Punk-Rubbish ala Blink 182, Sum 41 or even Green Day (still the best out of the lot), etc.. Once their songs have proved themselves for 40 years, they have no rightful place in these lists. 'Borstal Breakout', 'If the kids are united', 'Hersham Boys', 'Hurry up Harry' and 'Angels with dirty faces' have earned their rightful place, but are all too far down. SHAME 2015!
