Top 10 Rock and Metal Songs that Blind Guardian Should Cover

The most iconic rock song is also the biggest challenge but if there's a band able to create a listenable cover, this would be namely Blind Guardian.
Technically, Hansi can sing this song - he's got the needed power, range, aggression, emotion. And Hansi is also the singer who can do the multi-layered vocals in the best possible way - he's been called "The Freddie Mercury of metal" for a reason.
But I don't think Hansi would try to mimic Freddie because their voices sound different - so Hansi would not sound exactly like Freddie but he would sound awesome in his own right.

This would be very interesting to see what these guys can do. Hansi has the voice, I can see him really giving it all. I'd be curious if they did cover if they try to incorporate some of their styles in it or stay true to the original. Either way this would be really cool if it happened.

Blind Guardian can do great covers of all Dio songs sung by him with all his bands. Among all metal singers, Hansi voice is naturally the closest possible to Dio's. You may not feel it on Blind Guardian's original recordings because their songs are different style and Hansi usually uses different vocal techniques.
But when you hear Blind Guardian cover of Don't Talk To Strangers, you will understand what I am talking about.

Hansi is known for his powerful and epic voice but I am sure he can do a perfect cover of this song, too. The reason is that Hansi actually has several different voices and one of them is surprisingly soft, smooth and lyrical. He just has to "put on" the voice he used in Harvest Of Sorrow by Blind Guardian. I also think that Hansi can do the vocal harmonies a bit better. The original vocal harmonies are performed great but I know Hansi could improve them a bit.

Not many people have heard this song but this song us already an epic song and if Blind Guardian it might be more amazing than the original already is

This would sound amazing with his voice.
