Before 1956 he was at SUN records ( 1954-1955 ) where he released five singles ( which was the birth of his popularity ).
His official career started at " Sun Records " in 1954. At the end of 1955 he signed with " RCA ". At the beginning of 1956 he did get his first golden disc " Heartbreak Hotel ".
