Spider-Man Villains that Should Appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe

I'm doing a list of villains of Spider-Man that we want in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Don't add Vulture and Shocker on here, because they appeared in Spider-Man: Homecoming already. But anyways, here are the villains that I want to see after Homecoming.
The Top Ten
1 Mysterio Mysterio is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is most often depicted as an enemy of Spider-Man. He made his debut in The Amazing Spider-Man #13. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is portrayed by Jake Gyllenhaal.

He's my favorite Spider-Man villain. He doesn't have his movie yet. And I think he deserves it. I mean come on! A dark magic villain that Spider-Man has ever faced? I think it'll be awesome to see that on the Big Screen.

Mysterio should be in spiderman 4 if possible

He actually is

2 Green Goblin The Green Goblin is the alias of several fictional supervillains appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, mostly those starring Spider-Man. The character first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #14, and since then he has become one of the characters most famous villains. He was the main antagonist in the 2002 movie Spider-Man, in which he was portrayed by William Dafoe.

I want to see what this Green Goblin might look like in the MCU. I heard rumors that Bryan Cranston wants to play as him.

3 Scorpion

He's been teased. Hopefully he'll be great.

4 Carnage Carnage (Cletus Kassidy) is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as an enemy of Spider-Man. He appeared for the first time in The Amazing Spider-Man #361.
5 Hobgoblin The Hobgoblin is the alias of several fictional supervillains appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly depicted as enemies of Spider-Man.

Two Words: "Ned Leeds." No kidding, he was the Hobgoblin in the Original Comics. I suggest you go and Check it out.

6 Rhino

Costume was horrible, but Paul Giamatti did great. Not to mention his screentime just feel like nothing good. I expected more screentime with Rhino, and I think we need a better costume looking for him too. I would like to see him fighting the Hulk, like how that happened in the original comics. That'll be awesome.

7 Doctor Octopus Doctor Octopus, also known as Doc Ock, Doc Octopus, and the Superior Spider-Man, is a fictional character, a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #3. In Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man: No Way Home, he was portrayed by Alfred Molina.

Much like Goblin, I would love to see his look in the MCU. Alfred Molina will always be the Doc Ock I grew up with. I did hear rumors that Mark Hamill wants to play as him. That's kinda interesting, I originally want Mark to play Goblin instead, because of his iconic Joker laugh (yes, I think Mark is the best Joker). But hey, he can do what he wants.

Let's also see Monster Ock as well.

8 Electro Electro is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Maxwell "Max" Dillon, the first Electro, is an enemy of Spider-Man who gained the ability to control electricity after being struck by lightning while working on a power line.

We need a better actor and costume. Jamie Foxx didn't fit well as Electro.

9 Lizard

The face expression just didn't do good. Though he was fine in his first movie, I think he needs a better head looking design. That's really about it.

10 Sandman
The Contenders
11 Hydro-Man
12 Kraven the Hunter Kraven the Hunter is a fictional villain appearing in comic books published by Marvel comics, usually as an enemy of Spider-Man. He appeared for the first time in The Amazing Spider-Man #15.

I would love to see this guy.

13 Black Cat The Black Cat is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Throughout her history, Black Cat has been an enemy, love interest, and ally of the superhero Spider-Man.
14 Tombstone
15 Venom Venom, or the Venom Symbiote, is an alias used by several fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with Spider-Man.

In Spiderman 3, they could have done better than Topher Grace for a character as badass as Venom.

16 Demogoblin
17 Jack O'Lantern
18 Chameleon
19 Morbius Morbius the Living Vampire, a.k.a. Dr. Michael Morbius, Ph.D., M.D., is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.

He's and on-and-off villain. He can be a hero as well.

20 Swarm
21 Kingpin Kingpin is a fictional supervillain appearing in comic books by Marvel Comics. He usually serves as an antagonist of Daredevil and Spider-Man. He made his first appearance in The Amazing Spider-Man #50, most well known for being the famous "Spider-Man No More" story.

He's in the Hawkeye series on Disney+ so I have to admit, they did a good job with him, I was afraid they would screw him up but nope, he looks accurate to his comic self.

22 Riot
23 Phage
24 Mystique Mystique is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men.
