Hardest Mario Kart Wii Characters to Unlock

I still can't even do that with Daisy on the Mach Bike or Funky Kong on the Flame Runner. I have completed Mirror Mode, and he is the only character I have yet to unlock.
He is nearly impossible to unlock, but the reason I think Dry Bowser is harder than Rosalina is because she can be unlocked by Super Mario Galaxy.
He is so hard to unlock! Even though I've tried, I still haven't managed to get him. Plus, I still need to unlock Funky Kong, Baby Luigi, Bowser Jr., Baby Daisy, and the Mii outfits.

It was hell. I even broke my TV doing it by throwing a Wii Remote at it while raging and had to get a new one.
Mirror Mode is hard as hell. It was worth it, though!
Rosalina is really hard to unlock without access to Super Mario Galaxy. With Super Mario Galaxy, she is the third easiest to unlock, after Birdo and Diddy Kong.
Rosalina is hard to unlock only if you don't have a Super Mario Galaxy 1 (not 2) save file. I unlocked her the easy way because I have Super Mario Galaxy 1. If you don't have SMG1, you have to get a 1-star ranking on all mirror cups to unlock Rosalina.
I just unlocked it after months, and oh boy...trying to unlock the expert staff ghosts for Ghost Valley 2 and Shy Guy Beach was a nightmare.

It's not worth it. It's your Mii being changed into Mario's costume. And you need 32 expert staff ghosts to unlock this?!

She was like, "How did you get him?" and I was like... "I don't know!"
I unlocked this dude by complete accident because when I was younger, about 6 or 7, I would only play the ghost races. So I unlocked him, and my older sister, who was a boss at the game, was like, HUH? HOW?!
You need Dry Bones on the Magikruiser, and you must memorize tricky shortcuts to unlock Funky Kong.
Baby Luigi is the infant version of the major character in the Super Mario franchise, Luigi. He is known for his appearances as a playable character in various Mario games. He was tough to get, but not too terrible. Just find a character, vehicle, and 8 courses that you're good at.
I just cannot unlock this. I never play Time Trials because it is the worst mode.
Get him over Funky Kong. Wee Gee Jr. is twice as hard.

She was so hard to unlock, it took me two whole years. I remember I wanted her so badly that I started to cry. The whole match, I was like, SERIOUSLY, DONKEY KONG, I HATE YOU! I was so loud I almost woke my dad up. When I finally got her, I started crying happy tears.

He's not too hard, but harder than King Boo, Dry Bones, Mii Outfit A, and others.
