There's been a list of creative Nickelodeon shows, even though half of them are kind of debatable. These are Nickelodeon shows that aren't creative or even remotely original in terms of their concept. Not saying that makes them bad however. If I missed one feel free to add one.
1 Fred: The Show
Fred: The Show is an American television series, created by Lucas Cruikshank that originally aired on Nickelodeon, in the United States from January 16 to August 3, 2012. It was cancelled after the first season due to low scores.
The should call it End: The Show because we all wanted it to end which it did.
For some reason Nick, decided that this would a good concept. Thank god, it got cancelled. It's not creative, unique, interesting, or even semi- okay it's a obnoxious show with no redeemable qualities other than possibly making your ears bleed.
