Nickelodeon has produced a great number of memorable cartoon characters over the years from Sponge Bob Squarepants, Danny Phantom, Ren and Stimpy, Zim, Timmy Turner the entire Loud siblings but with all these great characters there are a handful of Nickelodeon cartoon characters who don't seem to get the same amount attention as the one previously named ones, for this list we will be ranking the top 10 most underrated Nickelodeon animated characters.A typical teenage girl who finds herself dealing with the many ups and downs of both school and life again coming from yet another underappreciated show.
From a show that almost nobody remembers, Pelswick is a 13 year old paraplegic who really dosne't like for people to treat him differently because of his disability and also dislikes following the crowd and would rather do his own thing.
Another underrated character from another underappreciated show Manny Rivera also known as "El Tigre" who is torn between following the path of a hero like his father Rodolfo whose also a superhero known as "White Pantera" or following the path of a supervillain like his grandfather Grandpapi Rivera who was a supervillian known as "El Punma Loco" and of course both want Manny to follow in their footsteps which causes Manny to tread the fine line between hero and villain.

Lois is the kind of mother you wish you could have whose there for her children and hands out very useful advice mostly to Ginger not to mention she' delivers a lot of hilarious one liners.
The main character of what is arguably Nickelodeon's most creative premise for a cartoon, Rudy is an elementary school student who loves to draw, but who has troubles with a bully and his teacher. One day in detention he discovers a magical piece of chalk that gives him access to the ChalkZone, where everything drawn in chalk lives. Despite how creative the premise was, the show seems to have been completely forgotten today-shame really, as I would rate this show among Nick's all-time greatest.
Snap is a drawing Rudy made when he was eight, who obviously is alive upon Rudy entering the ChalkZone. Even though Rudy is the main character, Snap is likely my favorite character on the show, due to his sense of adventure and humor. The fact that he looks like a superhero admittedly also earns him bonus points.
