Most Disappointing WWE Superstars in 2019
A new decade is getting very close, but now let's look back at the superstars of WWE in their disappointing 2019 run.I don't really understand why she's in WWE anymore. She's not a good wrestler, and Rusev's not even there anymore! She should've been released, not the IIconics.
Hate her. She needs to be gone from TV forever.
The Miz could've remained a heel when he should have been the one betraying Shane McMahon, but that narrative changed. Instead, Miz became a face, and Shane turned into a tyrannical heel by betraying Miz and calling his father a "baked-potato face."
Miz lost several matches to Shane and his cronies. Since Shane's fall from power, Miz has failed in other big matches against the likes of Shinsuke Nakamura and 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt.
Turns out his 2019 wasn't so "awesome" after all.
Cedric Alexander may or may not have had a good 2019, but overall, it was very disappointing.
Cedric has fallen into a serious losing streak, being buried by AJ Styles, Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, Andrade, and others. No matter what Cedric says about his situation, it still hurts his career.
Maybe in 2020, he will start getting wins and paybacks on his enemies.
After WWE split her away from the Riott Squad, Liv fell hard and was not on TV until she started making encrypted messages and showing a promo for her return and new look on RAW.
The last match she fought was against Charlotte Flair on SmackDown, where she lost cleanly.
In a recent update from last night's RAW, Liv returned and got involved in a stupid storyline with Bobby Lashley, Lana, and Rusev on the wedding night, which was a complete disaster.

It was a fresh start for Sasha in 2019 when she won the Women's Tag Team Championships with Bayley. However, her character suffered when she and Bayley lost the titles to the IIconics at WrestleMania.
She was absent from TV due to personal reasons from WrestleMania until the RAW after SummerSlam. Upon her return, she had a new blue-haired look.
Despite picking up some victories, she failed to beat Becky Lynch for the RAW Women's Championship at Hell in a Cell.
To be honest, both she and Bayley peaked on NXT.
It was an underwhelming year for Little Miss Bliss, despite some nice runs, including teaming with Nikki Cross as Women's Tag Team Champions.
Concussions prevented Bliss from wrestling, and there was some frustration about her lack of promo time.
Bliss should reclaim her spot by 2020 in the SmackDown Women's division, even though Sasha Banks and Bayley's dark side took the mantle in 2019.
This was around the time I was starting to sour on Alexa, and it's just gotten worse since.
I'm glad she's teaming with Bray Wyatt now.
Drew did well at the start of 2019, but as months passed, things started to decline for him. He was an absolute destroyer in the build-up, and while putting Roman Reigns over was an acceptable outcome, the aftermath did not help him at all.
Drew allied himself with Shane McMahon during his 'Best in the World' run, which poisoned WWE programming from April to August. They finally separated after another loss to Roman.
He needs a solo title run for himself soon, hopefully around 2020.
He had a pretty good match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 35. But 2020 was still a lot better for him since he won the WWE Championship.
His year in 2019 didn't disappoint him too much but suffered from mishaps and underwhelming moments.
First, his match with Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble was canceled due to a lack of faith.
Second, he won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania after feuding with Colin Jost and Michael Che of SNL, which I found pretty dumb and lackluster with those two involved.
Third, he fought in several challenges against Bobby Lashley, which were okay.
Fourth, he ended up in a meaningless feud with boxer Tyson Fury.
Any more details I missed? Feel free to add them for Braun.
She finally made it to the main roster but lost several PPV matches and was involved in a lackluster Lacey/Corbin vs. Becky/Rollins feud.
Maybe in 2020, a SmackDown Women's Championship run will be the right moment for the Lady Southern Belle.
Any more superstars who had a disappointing year in 2019? Add them here. If higher, vote.
He ended up getting released in 2020.
