The Top Ten
1 PewDiePie Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg (born October 24, 1989), better known by his online alias PewDiePie, is a Swedish web-based comedian video producer, and commentary channel. He is best known for his Let's Play commentaries and Vlogs on YouTube. He is known for being the most subscribed-to YouTuber on the website... read more

Genuinely, I think that aside from all the swear words and the controversies surrounding him, he is pure at heart. His internal character is one of the best. He is extremely kind and generous.

Most people mistake him to be a bad person just because he swears a lot, but if you watch his videos daily, you will understand that he is a good person. He is one of the few people on YouTube who actually has common sense, and he also understands the problems and fears of other people, as well as their internal character. He knows how to act in front of children and adults and behaves accordingly.

He is also one of the few people on YouTube who, if he makes a mistake, admits it, regrets it, and genuinely apologizes. He has also become more mature now and nowadays doesn't just game all the time, but also makes some comedy, gives advice to new YouTubers, etc. In short, he doesn't put on an act in front of the camera but just stays as the person he is.

It requires time and an open mind to understand his true character, but if you do, you will see the gem of who he is. (Tip: If you have an open mind and wish to see his true character, watch "Talking about some stuff I've never talked about." It's a one-hour, twenty-four-minute, seventeen-second video, pretty long, but if you watch it completely, you'll get a clue about what his character is.)

2 Markiplier Mark Edward Fischbach (born June 28, 1989), known online as Markiplier, is an American YouTube personality. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, he began his career in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is currently based in Los Angeles, California.

Mark is my favorite YouTuber. He makes me smile every day, and I can't help but admire what he does. Words can't explain how much I look up to him and enjoy his presence, even from the other side of the screen.

He inspired me to be my best and never give up. Even when I am down, I can't stay that way because Mark cheers me up immediately. Mark is like the best friend I never had. Even though he doesn't know I exist, I know that he cares about me, and I care about him.

I love him to death, and nothing can ever change that. Thank you, Mark, for everything. Your hard work and dedication have helped so many people and contributed to your success. Thank you so much. I can't ever thank you enough!

3 MrBeast Jimmy Donaldson (born May 7, 1998), better known online as MrBeast, is an American YouTuber who is most notable with pioneering a genre of YouTube videos that centers on expensive stunts. He created his YouTube channel in 2012 where he started posting random videos and went viral after his "Counting... read more

I love you and appreciate that you think about others and not just yourself. I bet your friends Nolan, Carl, and all of your friends, even your family, are proud of you, just like me. A.k.a., my name is Sage in real life. My mom and my little brother Wyatt love your videos. Love, your number one fan, Sage.

He's literally a beast. He makes videos involving some of the most daring challenges anyone could ever face. He's worn gloves with bullet ants, which have one of the most painful stings in the insect kingdom.

He counted to 1 million, with the first 100,000 in 40 hours and another 55 hours to 200,000 without breaks, food, water, or sleep, to get millions of subscribers. He spun a fidget spinner for 24 hours, though he never posted it on YouTube and therefore was disqualified from the Guinness World Records. He spent a whole day in the desert. He attempted to storm Area 51.

All of these things prove he lives up to his name. It tells us not to underestimate his name because we should take it seriously. He's a beast!

4 Jacksepticeye

Jacksepticeye is the best. Sometimes, like 25 times a day, I watch the video all the way through. Mostly because he is technically singing it. It makes me feel so good to watch his videos, as he is the best.

He is only not number one because he doesn't have the most subscribers. If the top ten list was based on quality videos, he would be on top. I don't know why people are mean to each other, but he is genuinely the nicest, coolest guy ever.

Also, what some people are saying negatively about the YouTubers, why are you criticizing them? Seriously, they worked hard to get here. I give respect to each and every YouTuber that is genuine and not mean. So sometimes, when you guys read this, go watch his videos, like, subscribe, and make sure you aren't mean to people based on YouTube.

5 DanTDM Daniel Robert Middleton (born 8 November 1991), better known online as DanTDM (formerly TheDiamondMinecart), is a British YouTuber and gamer known for his video game commentaries. His online video channels have covered many video games including Minecraft, Roblox and Pokémon.

I have been watching Dan for quite a while, ever since he used to use harsh language in his videos, and most people say that his videos are only for kids, which is kind of what they are. I mean, what kind of 17-year-old still wants to watch YouTubers that try to be kid-friendly? Although not my favorite channel, he doesn't deserve so much hate from all those 30-year-old jobless people who are jealous of him and think his fan base is problematic.

I respect him, and he has inspired me so much that I even made my own YouTube channel. He is a great YouTuber and does what he wants to do. He is just overall a great YouTuber.

6 Cinemassacre

How is PewDiePie above him? His content, described as awful, annoying, money-laundering, stupid, repetitive, boring, and terrible, has been polluting YouTube since 2010. James, however, has been making videos since 2004. I know technically he started in 2006, but he first made videos in 2004. He's far funnier than PewDiePie ever will be or ever has been. PewDiePie wouldn't even exist if James never made videos. So, if you're reading this, Felix, you can go to hell.

The AVGN is an icon of YouTube, but what makes his channel the greatest is the man who plays him, James Rolfe. Obviously, the AVGN was, is, and always will be amazing, but James has continued to branch out and upload so much quality content in addition to his Nerd videos. James and Mike Mondays, Rental Reviews, Board James, You Know What's BS, and many more.

And of course, the countless movie reviews, some of which he does as the AVGN, which are absolutely hilarious, and some he does as just James himself, for a truly fascinating look at a movie.

But the best part about this channel is that James is doing what he loves. Why do you think he's been making these videos for almost 20 years, even before YouTube was created? He's stated that his dream is to make his own movies, although in a low-budget, charming style. On his YouTube channel, he's literally living those dreams. I don't think there's a YouTube channel with content as genuine as James's.

7 Smosh Smosh is an American sketch comedy YouTube channel created by Ian Andrew Hecox and Daniel Anthony Padilla. Anthony Padilla created a website called in 2002. He was later joined by his friend Ian Hecox.

PewDiePie is awesome, don't get me wrong. But he usually does the same old thing: talking in front of a camera while playing video games. These guys mix it up, and the results are hilarious.

Ian and Anthony are some of the funniest guys on the planet. The way they play off each other's characters in their skits is hilarious. I know that Anthony recently left to pursue his own career, but I'll probably still associate him with, and as a vital part of, Smosh. Smosh is the greatest channel in YouTube history. Period.

8 CinemaSins CinemaSins is a movie-related YouTube channel created by Jeremy Scott and Chris Atkinson. The channel produces the "Everything Wrong With…" series. This series consists of them nitpicking movies with a sin counter... read more

There are those who understand it and those who don't. The former are those who don't like it, and the latter are those who do.

I like CinemaSins' sense of humor in his Everything Wrong videos. The same goes for his alternative channels: TV Show Sins, Commercial Sins, and Music Video Sins.

Pretty much, he's a humorous user. I honestly like his Everything Wrong videos. I wouldn't add a sin counter for this, then.

9 Nigahiga Ryan Higa, born June 6, 1990, best known as his YouTube username nigahiga, is an American comedian, YouTube personality, and actor. He's best known for his comedy videos, which have been viewed over 3 billion times. His channel was once the most subscribed on YouTube from 2009-2011, longer than any... read more

Due to the YouTube algorithm, many original YouTubers are forced to alter their content. They start to use clickbait titles, stretch their videos to 10 minutes, and upload daily. However, Ryan has not changed. Yes, he uploads every few weeks, but his content is undoubtedly full of quality and effort. His comedy is very original, and he never prioritizes making money or getting more views over content quality.

He stays out of drama and confronts serious topics instead of ignoring them. He does everything to entertain, not to gain. For example, he doesn't fill his videos with ads like PewDiePie or Jake Paul. He is truly respectable, and I have nothing but love and admiration for him.

10 Game Theory

MatPat has given me so much inspiration for science, and I love his own reasoning for starting Game Theory. MatPat was a man who was denied any job from others for no reason. He was lost.

So, he tries to tell us through his videos that no situation is all white and black, all from his own experience, and that it is necessary to look at things from a whole different perspective. That is the most intriguing and beautiful reason to be on YouTube.

MatPat is also a man who reminds us that we can do a lot in life, and that if we take our time and see things in a whole new light, our lives may be changed just a little. I have high hopes that MatPat will do great things in the future, and that someday, I can meet him in person!

11 TheOdd1sOut

He really is a fun guy. I especially like "The Movie That Was Too Scary For Baby James." He is very funny and deserves every subscriber he gets each day. I also love the song "Life is Fun" because it is filled with fun. We all want fun, right? Yes, we do! He is also nearing 10 million subscribers, which is exciting. Thank you, James. He also wrote a book, and I hope to get it. Thank you for everything!

Ok, as everyone knows, James is the best. He has a huge following, which he acquired in just two years. Also, James doesn't let fame get to him and really cares for his fans.

He uploads quality animations and comics, which really make him my favorite. In addition to his kindness, he also helps and supports smaller channels by collaborating with them. Jaiden Animations, another of my favorites, exploded after her collaboration with James, and now both I and many other people have discovered her and her amazing content.

To me, James is the leader of the animation revolution and truly embodies the spirit of the animation YouTube community. Thanks for reading my rant as to why James deserves a higher spot. Go James. P.S., anyone who hasn't heard of TheOdd1sOut or James Rallison should go check out his Soubway videos (he has three). Those videos really demonstrate his skills and humor. And if you like those, go check out Jaiden Animations too. She's really good. Also, check out Let Me Explain Studios (Rebecca Parham) and Domics (Dominic Panganiban). Sorry, I really like animation videos. The comedy and quality, though. Okay, bye. Thanks for reading. Go ANIMATION.

12 Jacksfilms

One of the funniest YouTubers that I have ever watched, Jacksfilms is the quintessential YouTuber and a genuinely great guy. He started way back in 2006, but while other YouTubers from that time or even later have come and gone, Jacksfilms is still around today, using (and parodying) the latest trends to keep himself relevant and entertaining throughout the 12 years he has been making content for the platform.

I'd even go as far as to say that he is the face of YouTube and a representative of YouTube's past, present, and future. It's a shame, though, that he has relatively few subscribers compared to other YouTubers at a comparable level, but in the end, the number of subscribers that Jack has is irrelevant to the conversation when you are talking about the quality of a YouTube channel and a YouTuber, and that is what matters in the end.

13 SuperMarioLogan Logan Thrityacre, (born in Florida 1994-) also known as SuperMarioLogan, is an American YouTuber and puppeteer, who makes YouTube videos with puppets and plush dolls.

I would say Mr. Beast, but this dude changed his career from being one of the most hated people to the funniest, most entertaining, and most impressive person I have witnessed!

Listen, this guy is great, and his channel is great. But his channel was at its peak from 2012 to 2016. As of 2017, his channel started slowing down, and by 2018 it was dying.

It was officially dead by 2019. It's good, but it's a really dead channel.

I found SuperMarioLogan when he had 100,000 subs, and I was with him every step of the way. Honestly, Logan deserves more than just a million subscribers!

14 Dangmattsmith

The fact that he is not in the top 10 shows how outdated this list is. When you understand his humor, Matt will make you laugh all the time. With his "Get that outta here" catchphrase, along with his really cool jokes and edits, it's hard not to crack a laugh while watching him.

He is very genuine when giving his sponsor, Bang Energy, random shoutouts, but that makes him unpredictable while watching him at first. When he adds sound effects or frame edits, they fit the theme of what he represents well. The sound effects occur just at the correct time, along with the emojis or pictures displayed on the screen.

He also remembers to keep things clean and not to make things controversial. This means whether you're a younger viewer or not, you can still enjoy what he does. He even apologizes when he makes a mistake, realizing it and offering a simple apology. This proves his genuine nature, and we can tell he understands what's right and what's not. So, if you want comedy, you've got Matt right at your request center. It's not just for the humor, it's for cool sound effects, a nice and genuine person, and a family-friendly man. His videos may go on for a while, but if you can last through them, you can discern his humor. It's hard to be mistaken about this.

15 Nostalgia Critic Nostalgia Critic is an American web series created, written, edited, directed and performed by Doug Walker.

The Nostalgia Critic is one of the greatest and funniest movie critics on planet Earth. His reviews make me laugh so hard, but at the same time, they really make me think. His jokes are incredibly smart and original.

When I eventually start putting together my own YouTube channel, I will always look back on his videos for inspiration. Heck, even when I can't think of a good joke, I turn to him. His reviews have caused me to think differently about how to view movies.

He has inspired me, along with many others, to start making reviews of my own. Keep doing what you're doing, Doug!

16 Nathaniel Bandy Nathaniel Bandy is an American YouTuber known for making videos about Nintendo games. He was born on October 12, 1993 in Virginia.

Nathaniel Bandy is a great YouTuber because he has a true passion for gaming, and it shows in his videos. He has a unique personality that makes his content entertaining and enjoyable to watch. Nathaniel is also very knowledgeable about video games and shares interesting insights and opinions about them.

He puts a lot of effort into his content, and it really shows.Overall, Nathaniel Bandy is a great YouTuber, and I always look forward to watching his videos.

Come on! Why do you guys rank him at number 385? Why is he not number 1 on the list? Yes, he says curse words, but not excessively. Please rank him number 1. He creates good series like Top 10s and The Grading Series. He is so great that he made a second channel.

17 Dude Perfect Dude Perfect is an American sports entertainment group from Frisco, Texas which routinely uploads videos to YouTube.

These guys are the ultimate stunt masters. They come up with creative and insanely difficult challenges, and then they accomplish them! They must spend hours on their videos because they have to keep retrying whatever impossible stunt they are attempting until they succeed. Much respect to these guys.

Dude Perfect! Pewd, Sky, and all those other YouTubers should not overshadow Dude Perfect, who deserves to be within the top ten. No one else attempts to shoot a target with a pistol while flipped around, or whip a target, or try physically ridiculous stunts like Dude Perfect does. Their fanbase consists mostly of athletes, not the less favorable viewers that fill the top ten slots.

18 Filthy Frank George Kusunoki Miller (born September 18,1992), better known professionally as Joji and formerly known on YouTube as Filthy Frank and Pink Guy, is a Japanese American R&B singer, comedian, songwriter, rapper, and former YouTuber.

Edginess pushed to the absolute limit. This channel is only for those who love ridiculous characters, absurd situations, edgy topics, and even edgier delivery. Basically, it's hilarious, but watch at the risk of your own sanity.

Filthy Frank is, as of now, the best YouTube channel. His incredible creativity, his amazing musical skills, and his innovative sense of humor make him stand out in the YouTube community as one of its finest creators.

I don't have many favorite YouTubers, and I can tell you that he's one of them. He's one of the few YouTubers who are actually creative. Papa Franku needs more credit and should be in the top 10 for sure.

19 Stampylonghead Joseph Garrett, known on YouTube as stampylonghead, is an English YouTuber who posts videos about the Sandbox Video Game Minecraft as the character Stampy. His Youtube channel was created in August 3 2006 and is still making videos in 2021.

Stampylonghead was probably one of the first YouTubers I watched on my tablet. I watched his Minecraft videos. I thought he had stopped making videos.

Stampy was the first gaming YouTuber I watched. I came in thinking that I wouldn't like his content, but after a while, it grew on me.

The best thing about his channel is his concern for his viewers. He almost completely changed his channel for the sake of a younger audience, adds someone new to his Love Garden twice a week, and gives out his opinions and advice on his second channel and his joint channel. It is quite honorable that he doesn't ask his viewers to like or subscribe, and doesn't let negativity get to him.

The short films made in Minecraft are original and creative, with bonus points added considering he does them with the limitations of the console version. The behind-the-scenes of his videos show just how much thought, time, and effort go into what he does.

His series, Wonder Quest and I Wonder, are mainly viewed by a younger audience, and I think that it was a smart idea to combine his gaming videos with education. They're lively and animated and encourage the viewers to ask questions and be curious.

10 out of 10.

20 Jaiden Animations

I love Jaiden Animations! Jaiden has a great personality, and her animating is amazing. She's hilarious and has Ari. While most of her videos are very lighthearted, she does address mental health topics, like anxiety and eating disorders, seriously. I love everything about her.

She'll never rise to the top because of the fame of people like Pewdiepie and others, but that's fine. She's the most adorable YouTuber on YouTube, makes great animations, and tells funny stories. Also, her collaborations with TheOdd1sOut earn her a lot of points.

21 IHateEverything

I don't take TheTopTens seriously, but since he made a video covering it, I felt that voting for him on this list was a somewhat good way to pay respects and show gratitude for the effort he puts into his videos and the value of his commentary. He really cares about his content, and it shows. I hope he continues to rise in popularity in the future because it's what he deserves.

Many other channels try to make it big on YouTube by replicating his format and style of commentary (simply search IHE clone into YouTube and you'll see what I mean), only to realize they can't succeed the way Alex has. IHE is unique and has that charm that can't be copied.

22 SSSniperwolf SSSniperWolf is an American Youtuber. She makes reaction videos, unboxing videos, Q&A videos, and Fortnite videos.

I really enjoy her videos and similar channels like AzzyLand or Kyutie. I am also part of her wolf pack. If I could, I would place her higher on the list. One of my favorite phrases of hers is when something bothers her, and she says, "That's illegal!" She is the best, but I love Rosanna Pansino too.

She won the Kids' Choice Awards as Best Gamer and is nearing 17 million subscribers. This girl gains like 6 million subscribers a year!

She is very funny and entertaining! I don't even know how she is not higher on this list. I'm sorry, but that's illegal!

23 Epic Rap Battles of History

The only bad ones are 1. Sarah Palin vs Lady Gaga, 2. Genghis Khan vs the Easter Bunny, and 3. Harry Houdini vs David Copperfield. And those are still really good!

Jack the Ripper vs Hannibal Lecter is my favorite. Both have a lot of good lines, and the beat matches the rap battle perfectly.

My personal favorite is Donald Trump vs Hillary. Simply put, this channel can rap down everything from bottom to top!

24 SMG4 SuperMarioGlitchy4 (SMG4 for short, formerly Smg4 and also known as Glitchy in Mario in Real Life!?) (born May 24, 1999) is predominantly a Super Mario 64 machinimist. He also uses material from Minecraft, Garry's Mod, and other media.

His videos are incredibly funny. He deserves to be in the top ten. If you find his videos unfunny from the first days of 2015, that's because he was planning to make his videos less stupid.

However, due to fan feedback, he decided to revisit his 2013 and 2014 style.

I'm a bit of a newcomer to their series, but I must say that every single video I've watched has had me laughing. Some of the funniest things I've seen come from their channel.

A really funny YouTuber who has kind of gone downhill. He is one of the best Mario 64 animators, but sometimes his jokes are not funny. Nonetheless, he still has a place in my heart and manages to be funny most of the time.

25 VanossGaming Evan Fong, is a Canadian internet personality and video game commentator with 24 million subscribers. He is best known under his online pseudonym VanossGaming, where he posts montage-style videos on YouTube.

Guys, how can you not laugh at the jokes he makes? He seems like one of the nicest youtubers ever and not once have I seen him complain about something that happens in the community, he just knows what he needs to do and make us happy, he always knows how to put a smile on everyones faces.

I don't know how you could put him this low on the list. He's the 8th most subscribed channel on YouTube (not including music artists or T.V. networks) he's got over 10 billion video plays and is one of the funniest YouTubers ever

I swear.. This Guy needs to be higher on the list.. He is really hilarious and I personally believe anyone can find a little humor in his videos. Hell even his new content is amazing!
