Digimon Tamers
In a world where Digimon exists only as a card game and TV show, Takato Matsuki manifests a real Digimon partner, Guilmon, after scanning a mysterious blue card and using his own drawing. Alongside fellow Tamers Rika with Renamon and Henry with Terriermon, he becomes involved in battles against wild Digimon that begin appearing in the real world, drawing the scrutiny of the government group Hypnos.
The team travels to the Digital World to rescue Calumon and encounters the Digimon Sovereigns, then returns to confront the D-Reaper, a runaway digital entity that endangers both reality and the Digital World.

Digimon Adventure (1999)
