Anime does have many different schools. Which school would you want to attend? What's your reason? I know a couple an I'll leave a couple more options. The rest is up to you.
Just the best, with the best teacher! Not only does Korosensei focus on assassination, but he also emphasizes their studies, helping with their daily struggles. This just had to be one of my favorites! It allows you to unleash another side of yourself and have fun at the same time. No struggles like the A, B, C, and D classes. Those dirtbags look down on E-class.
Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School in Assassination Classroom is supposed to be the lowest class for failing students or students who keep breaking the rules. However, this class is exciting and enjoyable, thanks to the students and the best teacher in the world, Korosensei.

Also known as Death Weapon Meister Academy from Soul Eater, I love this school. I love the whole concept of how it came to be, and the headmaster and teachers seem very caring towards their students.
This school is amazing! Soul and the whole squad go here, and it is great! This school should be real!
This is actually a superhero academy where meisters and weapons are skillfully trained to save the world with the power of death. Isn't that great? Also, this academy is in the USA, specifically in Las Vegas.
I mean, it's essentially the anime version of Xavier's. What's not to love?
From Ouran High School Host Club, Ouran Academy is an elite private school mostly for rich people, except for Haruhi. I loved the school, and the host club helped me love it even more.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is a great anime with a great school. The SOS Brigade really captured the spirit of this high school and made it feel like home.
