Best Cardio Exercises

The Top Ten
1 Jogging Running is a method of terrestrial locomotion allowing humans and other animals to move rapidly on foot. Running is a type of gait characterized by an aerial phase in which all feet are above the ground.

Jogging has to be the best cardio exercise because of the following reasons:
1. No expensive materials required. Just a comfy track suit and a good jogging shoes is enough.
2. Can practice almost anywhere and in all weather conditions.
3. Relieves mental stress.
4. Burns calories fast.
5. No experience required.
6. And last but not the least it is fun to run.

2 Jump Rope

Fun fact: You burn more calories jump roping than you would if you jogged for the same amount of time. Great workout.

I eat dick while jump roping. It give me multiple exercise and really make me fit and dick fit in my mouth

3 Swimming Swimming is an individual or team sport and activity. Competitive swimming is one of the most popular Olympic sports, with events in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

I love working the whole body out all at once! Plus you don't have to worry about sweat sticking to clothes and stuff. Every pool must have a shower nearby. You can work on lung capacity and technique. You can discover your best stroke. A better way to bring in music would be perfect (without equipment causing annoying drag, and not only being able to hear the music above water)

Swimming is a more physically demanding exercise than all the other cardio ones because it works your whole body while at the same time keeping your heart rate up and helping your lungs

4 Biking
5 Walking

I like as I can do it easily. Jogging I love to do but sciatic pain starts. And all rest in the list are not available in my area. For women.
