Top 10 Best NFL Teams Through Week 11 (2020)

The Top Ten
  1. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers, for me, are the best until they lose. They have the best defense in the NFL and a good offense. I'd say they have the most balanced team and can compete with any team.

At this point, you have to wonder if 16-0 is a possibility. This is one of the few teams that could beat KC. I can't justify not having them at #1, honestly.

  2. Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City, to me, has as good a shot as anyone to win the Super Bowl. Patrick Mahomes continues to play lights out, and they have an arsenal of weapons to choose from. This team has an okay defense, but their offense is dangerous and borderline unstoppable.

  3. New Orleans Saints

The Saints, to me, are the #3 team. This may change with Drew Brees being out for several weeks now. But Sean Payton is still one of the best coaches in the league, and if last year is any indication, he has no issues with backup quarterbacks. They have played well recently and have a formidable defense.

  4. Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis, I'm pleasantly surprised with. They have played a lot better, and they have a force on defense. They still have one of the best O-lines in the league. The offense is getting better, and they managed to beat the Packers, which is a big win.

  5. Los Angeles Rams

I'd say I'm surprised at the Rams. They are suddenly good again. Yeah, this is a lot like that 2018 Rams team. They have a formidable offense with Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp, and on defense they have Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey. They are back, and at this point I'd say they are the NFC West favorites.

  6. Tennessee Titans

Tennessee has struggled at times, but at the end of the day, they can win games. I'd argue the Baltimore game was a must-win, and they showed up. The Titans are formidable. They just miss my top 5, but they are slowly getting back on track.

  7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay has the weapons and defense to be a formidable opponent, but they seem off. This is especially true in prime-time games. Tom Brady turns into Jameis Winston.

They have the tools to win, but they haven't quite gelled together yet. This raises questions about whether they can get it done when it matters.

  8. Las Vegas Raiders

Whether you like it or not, the Raiders are back. Derek Carr looks like 2016 Carr, back when we thought he had promise. This is a team that can compete with anyone.

I mean, when you go toe to toe with Pat Mahomes and the Chiefs, you're going to draw attention, even though they didn't win. The Raiders are built to beat the Chiefs, and I think they could be scary if they happened to play KC again in the playoffs.

  9. Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers are a decent team. They have Aaron Rodgers, and they have some playmakers. Green Bay does have some flaws, though. They shot themselves in the foot multiple times against the Colts. They got a scare from Jacksonville. I smell frauds in Green Bay.

  10. Buffalo Bills

The Bills are a decent team. They have been inconsistent at times, but Josh Allen has done his part to show he's ready to go to the next level. Buffalo has a formidable all-around team and could make noise in the playoffs if all goes well.
