Giants vs. Patriots (2007)
The New York Giants defeated the New England Patriots 17-14 in Super Bowl XLII. The game featured one of the most memorable plays in Super Bowl history, the "Helmet Catch" by David Tyree, which helped set up the Giants' winning touchdown. The Patriots entered the game with an undefeated 18-0 record, but their perfect season was denied by the Giants. The Patriots' undefeated season coming down to the catch, not to mention the Giants winning on the road throughout the playoffs!
I don't know how to describe this other than an upset.
Wrong team won, but still easily the best ever.
Saints vs. Colts (2009)
The New Orleans Saints won their first Super Bowl, defeating the Indianapolis Colts 31-17 in Super Bowl XLIV. The turning point of the game came with Tracy Porter's interception of Peyton Manning, which was returned for a touchdown late in the fourth quarter. Drew Brees was named MVP after completing 32 of 39 passes for 288 yards and two touchdowns. Two of the best QBs in the game, head to head.

Patriots vs. Rams (2001)
The New England Patriots defeated the St. Louis Rams 20-17 in Super Bowl XXXVI. Tom Brady led the Patriots to a last-second victory with a field goal by Adam Vinatieri. This win marked the first Super Bowl title for the Patriots and the beginning of their dynasty under Brady and Bill Belichick. This game is what made Tom Brady famous. Drew Bledsoe, the Patriots' starting QB, got injured, and Brady had to quickly pass downfield and manage the clock. He completed 5 of 6 passes and set the Patriots up in field goal range. They won by 3 points.
The start of the greatest football dynasty of all time.
Patriots vs. Panthers (2003)
The New England Patriots won Super Bowl XXXVIII by defeating the Carolina Panthers 32-29. The game was marked by a high-scoring fourth quarter and a game-winning field goal by Adam Vinatieri. Tom Brady was named MVP after throwing for 354 yards and three touchdowns. It is the best Super Bowl ever, hands down! The game was as close as it could get, with both teams having a great chance. It should be #1, not #10. It was an epic matchup between Delhomme and Brady. It looked like it would go into OT at one point, but the kick went out, and Brady won it for NE.
The best Super Bowl I ever saw, hands down.
Patriots vs. Eagles (2004)
The New England Patriots defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 24-21 in Super Bowl XXXIX. Deion Branch was named MVP after catching 11 passes for 133 yards.
