   Absolutely adorable. WAY more adorable than Hermione. Luna's long platinum blonde hair, innocent blue eyes, and wacky fashions... I love that she's so dreamy, sweet, and pretty. And of course, CUTE. I think Hermione is only 2nd place because of the way Emma Watson portrayed Hermione. Because, like, Emma Watson's an utter BEAUTY. And Hermione in the books is all bushy hair and buckteeth.

   Luna's not really so-called "beautiful" in the books, but definitely adorable, with her styles and beliefs. I also love Ginny, but I think she's more dazzlingly beautiful than cute, except in the first few movies.

   I love Luna. She's the best character ever to me. I arrived here on TopTens to vote for every Luna thing I could find. I just love Luna. She is the BEST.

2. Hermione Granger

   

   Hermione Jean Granger is a fictional character in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. She is one of the main characters and a best friend of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. Hermione is known for her intelligence, strong work ethic, and loyalty.

   Hermione is adorable in the first two books. She has a smiling face, but bushy brown hair and buck teeth. And she is cute. When I asked my little sister if she thought book one Hermione was cute, pretty, or ugly, she said cute. And I agree. Hermione is cute. But she grew much, much prettier as she grew up. She no longer had bushy hair and buck teeth. She was not just beautiful. She was sexy.

   She is absolutely gorgeous, and Emma Watson has only gotten more attractive as she aged. She is smart, funny, and beautiful. She is miles ahead of everyone else on the list and should be #1 by far.

3. Draco Malfoy

   

   Draco Lucius Malfoy is a character in J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. He is a student in the same year as Harry Potter and belongs to Slytherin House. Draco comes from a wealthy pure-blood family and is often portrayed as Harry's rival throughout the series.

   Draco Malfoy was not a bad person. He was forced by his dad to do all of those things for Voldemort. As you can see in the 6th movie, he fails to do his task, which is to kill Dumbledore. You could clearly see that he enjoyed being around Harry more than with his parents.

   In the first movie, he was cute, but as he got older, he got so hot - with his blonde hair and his bangs. I mean, who could not love this character? He is charming, very hot, and if you're nice to him, he will do the same for you.

   As he got older, his life became more miserable. But in the last movie, he adores his kid, Scorpius, and treats him the way Scorpius should be treated.

   I just love this character because he is hot and stands strong through hard times.

   I think no one deserved the fiery Ginevra Molly Weasley. She is gorgeous, much prettier than Luna, and I think she should be first. I will go to all websites just to comment amazing things about the fiery Ginny Weasley. I am a huge fan of her, and so should you be. Ginny is my FAVORITE Harry Potter character. In my eyes, no character is better than the fiery Ginny Weasley, the prettiest of girls.

   In "Harry Potter," no one deserved the fiery Ginny Weasley! She is beautiful, dazzling, and gorgeous. GINNY ROCKS! I think she should be first! Wait, she isn't? You have to be kidding me! She is the best character, and I think Ginny is the prettiest female that has EVER happened to me! She is a BEAUTIFUL female, much better than "LOONY."

   Harry's adorable in the first two books. So naive and innocent. He's actually quite cute in books 3 and 4 as well, especially when he has a crush on Cho and wants to take her to the Yule Ball. But he's too shy and nervous and ends up blurting "Wangoballwimme." Haha, I thought that was hilariously cute.

   I don't see how Draco is cuter than Harry. Maybe in looks, but definitely not in personality. Draco is pretty awesome in book 7, but in the earlier books, he was just plain mean and a bully. Harry's much sweeter and kinder.

   Then in the fifth book, he's not the same, much darker, brooding, and intense, like Bruce Wayne. In books 6 and 7, he's just badass.

   Harry deserves a higher spot on this list. He's so cute with his innocence at the start of the series. Daniel Radcliffe portraying him with those spectacles is a plus. The only characters that are equally cute are Luna, Hermione, Dobby, and Hedwig, so what the hell are those other characters doing up there?

   Dobby is a fictional house-elf from J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. He first appears in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and becomes a recurring character throughout the series. Dobby is known for his loyalty to Harry Potter and ultimately sacrifices his life to save his friends.

   Dobby is the cutest and sweetest Harry Potter character ever. There is no denying that. And if you do deny it, I will turn you into spaghetti! Do you hear me?

   Dobby has not only the cutest little face but also the sweetest personality you could ever imagine. I love his big, flappy ears. Adorable.

   Moreover, he has the cutest voice ever, and his quotes are so adorable and laugh-worthy. Remember this one? "Dobby did not mean to kill, he only meant to maim or seriously injure," when Dobby spoke about the idiotic and terrible Bellatrix. He just tried to save Harry, Hermione, and Ron, but ended up losing his own life. He should have stayed alive!

   Dobby should definitely be at number one because he is the cutest and sweetest. As for Luna, well, she is kind and weird, but not as cute as dear Dobby!

   Ron is absolutely adorable. He feels inferior to a lot of people, although he has numerous qualities: he's extremely brave, loyal, has a sense of humor, is ready to sacrifice himself, is tolerant, supports his friends whatever the circumstances, is rather clever, and is big-hearted. And so passionate! I've never seen such a passionate man as him.

   Sometimes, he behaves stupidly because he doesn't know how to control his feelings, and you think "jealousy!" written in ten-meter letters. He's charming, and his lanky look reinforces this aspect. He's desperately in love with Hermione Granger. He wanted to be tortured instead of her at Malfoy's Manor and cried when she yelled. Remember the only thing he muttered when he had been poisoned: "Er-my-knee..." Absolutely cute.

   He's so cute! At the beginning of the books and movies, he was clumsy and unlucky, which was kind of cute and had its charm. And then he also became handsome (I'm not just talking about his glow-up. In Harry Potter too he was handsome), and his lovable personality made him even cuter. He will always be there to help his friends, he has such a kind heart, and he becomes so brave and badass! I can't even describe how much I love him.

   Neville is much better and cuter than Seamus. For the first few books, his chubby cheeks and wispy, cute black hair make us want to hug him. Totally. He is a real chubby boy in those books. And he is handsome in the fifth book, with a swish of shiny brown hair over his eye. Cutie! I had a crush on him when I was younger.

    Cedric was very kind. I was heartbroken when he died. I think if he hadn't died, maybe he would have been friends with Harry, and we could have seen him more often.
