The Taliban has ruined this place. Many refugees are leaving, though where they go, I don't really know. The whole place is sad, especially for women and children.

Reasons why Afghanistan is number one include the Taliban's takeover of the country, women's rights being depleted, and a lack of resources such as food, water, and infrastructure. Life has become a struggle due to sanctions. Unfair prosecutions under the Sharia court also contribute to the difficulties.

2 Russia Russia, or the Russian Federation (RF), is a transcontinental country spanning Eastern Europe and Northern Asia. It is the largest country in the world by area, covering over 17,125,191 square kilometres (6,612,073 sq mi), and encompassing one-eighth of Earth's inhabitable landmass. Super corrupt government, poor human rights. If you have money in Moscow and St. Petersburg, you're good. The rest of the country is a cold, sad pit of despair.

Russia is only becoming more and more authoritarian, unsafe, and unjust. Conscriptions for the Ukraine war are certainly a fear among Russian men. Those who want to speak out against Putin are also fearful. In addition, the propaganda created by the Kremlin concerning the war in Ukraine is driving people to be brainwashed, almost desensitizing them to the suffering in Ukraine.

3 North Korea The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, also known as North Korea, is a country in Eastern Asia. Its capital is Pyongyang. It is currently ruled by the Juche leader Kim Jong-Un, after inheriting the title from his father, Kim Jong-Il, who in turn inherited it from his father, Kim Il-Sung... read more

Iran is already a heavily sanctioned country, but with the protests showing no sign of stopping, the situation is just going to get worse. Protesters are being unfairly tried and executed for waging a war against God. Women's rights and the safety of women are all hanging in the balance. However, this period of time is also a hopeful time for Iran, where people are determined to dismantle the Islamic Republic.

Crazy authoritarian government. They need to get with the 21st century already.

5 Ukraine Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe. It is the second-largest European country, covering approximately 600,000 square kilometres (230,000 sq mi), and has a population of around 40 million people. It is bordered by Russia to the east and northeast; by Belarus to the north; by Poland, Slovakia, and... read more

This one is pretty obvious. The war waged by Russia against Ukraine is still very much ongoing and is, in some respects, worsening. Being a citizen of what once felt like a normal Eastern European nation and seeing your once-safe homeland become a war zone would be very difficult, especially if you've had to flee the nation itself.

I wouldn't travel to that country if the invasion is going on. The Russian invasion of Ukraine is pretty much ongoing. Luckily, I don't live in Europe. I live in North America. The Russian Army wants to kill Ukrainians if Ukraine joins NATO. Some areas of cities have been damaged.
