Texas wins the spot as the Best State for Business. Why? It's affordable, there's no State Income Tax, extremely low Corporate Taxes, friendly regulators, and an affordable cost of living.

2 Arizona Arizona is a U.S. state in the southwestern region of the United States. It is also part of the Western and the Mountain states.

The reason why Arizona ranked even higher than Nevada is that it has more booming cities. Tucson and Phoenix are fast growing cities. And there's a lot of booming suburbs too.

3 Nevada Nevada is a state in the Western, Mountain West, and Southwestern regions of the United States of America.

The reason why Nevada ranks so high is because of it's effort to bring Corporate Headquarters into the state, it's growing population, it's very affordable, and there's no State Income Tax. However, there is a state like Nevada that ranks even higher.

4 Florida Florida is a state located in the southeastern region of the United States. Florida is the southeasternmost U.S. state, with the Atlantic on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other.

The reason why Florida ranks so high is because it has cities with Large Migrations and it's also a really great place to start a business. Orlando and Miami were ranked super high on starting a business, Tampa has a really diverse economy but the wages still aren't the best there, there's no State Income Tax, but overall Florida isn't the best place for Millennials.

5 Idaho Idaho is a state in the northwestern region of the United States. Idaho is the 14th largest, the 39th most populous, and the 7th least densely populated of the 50 United States.

Idaho is like Utah, except it has been growing super fast in the past year. It's also somewhat affordable, booming economy, small business thrives here, basically the same things as Utah. But there are four states that are even better than Idaho.

6 Colorado Colorado is a state in the United States encompassing most of the Southern Rocky Mountains as well as the northeastern portion of the Colorado Plateau and the western edge of the Great Plains.

Colorado is one of the fastest growing states with a big Millennial Migration like Washington. And the economy is sizzling hot. There is a lot of jobs in a lot of industries. However, it is expensive to live here.

7 Utah Utah is a state in the western United States. It became the 45th state admitted to the Union on January 4, 1896. Utah is the 13th-largest, the 31st-most populous, and the 10th-least-densely populated of the 50 United States.

Another one of the fastest growing states is the state of Utah. It's somewhat affordable compared to the other states on this list, booming economy, etc. But there is a state that is even better than Utah.

8 Minnesota Minnesota is a state in the Midwestern United States. Minnesota was admitted as the 32nd state on May 11, 1858, created from the eastern half of the Minnesota Territory.

Another state with a booming economy that is pretty affordable. Many Fortune 500 Companies call the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan Area home. However, Income Taxes are pretty high here.

9 Delaware Delaware is one of the Mid-Atlantic states located in the Northeast megalopolis region of the United States.

As a state with no Corporate Income Taxes on goods and services provided by companies, Delaware is a great choice if you're starting your business. In fact, there are more companies than people in the state! However, Delaware and some of the surrounding states have high Outbound Migration Moves.
